I have been sending emails but no response and even on live chat they have stopped responding to me. Very disappointing i think coinlocally is closing down and they dont want to pay anyone... we need to let everyone whos using this platform to stop using it as they will not pay their money back....

My withdrawal has now been pending for nearly a week. I have not received my funds, I have not received a TXID, and I have not been given any clear explanation for the delay.
I have contacted support repeatedly through live chat, but all I receive are repetitive template responses stating that my case is under review. No timeline, no meaningful information, and no actual resolution have been provided.
I have also contacted their email support three separate times. None of my emails have received a meaningful response, and in some cases I have received no response at all. This lack of communication has made the situation even more concerning.
At this point, Coinlocally is holding approximately $4,300 of my funds while refusing to provide a clear explanation or process my withdrawal. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this platform.
I am prepared to provide deposit TXIDs, transaction records, screenshots, emails, and all supporting documentation to verify every statement made in this review.
If this issue remains unresolved, I intend to file formal complaints and pursue all available legal avenues regarding this matter.

For more than 97 days, I have been trying to get a real answer from support. Instead of resolving the issue, Coinlocally keeps sending generic replies and redirecting me between email support and 24/7 support.
I completed the requested verification on December 21, 2025, yet I still have:
• no clear explanation of the restriction,

• no list of remaining requirements,
• no actual decision regarding my funds.
This is not a normal support process. This is endless delay without transparency.

The exchange just says you violated regulations but never explains what you actually did wrong. They keep saying they are working on it yet nothing ever changes. Until I can actually access my money again, I am going to keep seeing this whole thing as a scam.

Any question they didn't like was immediately answered with the phrase "Your account is permanently blocked." I made two withdrawals without any problems, and on December 15, 2025, when I tried again, they froze my account, leaving 630 USDT in my account. So, I deposited 900 USDT and earned 90 USDT. Even if I violated the rules, you can still collect the profit like other legitimate exchanges like LBANK, MEXC, BYBIT, and so on. Even if a client violates the rules, they take the profit, but return the remaining funds they deposited without any problem, since they belong to the client and not the exchange. After waiting two months, I suggested they take the profit and withdraw the remaining funds. After this suggestion, they wrote that my account was permanently blocked and blocked my ability to contact technical support.
