Its been 3 days now that there is no proper response from support team and they even limit my access to live chat and have even removed my comments from instagram.... 7612 has been pending for withdrawal and i have not received any TXID. I have been sending emails but no response and even on live chat they have stopped responding to me. Very disappointing i think coinlocally is closing down and they dont want to pay anyone... we need to let everyone whos using this platform to stop using it as they will not pay their money back....

This platform seems scam because:
I deposited ADA and POL into Coinlocally, converted them to USDT, and submitted a withdrawal request of approximately $4,300.
My Coinlocally UID is: 33444237.
My withdrawal has now been pending for nearly a week. I have not received my funds, I have not received a TXID, and I have not been given any clear explanation for the delay.
I have contacted support repeatedly through live chat, but all I receive are repetitive template responses stating that my case is under review. No timeline, no meaningful information, and no actual resolution have been provided.
I have also contacted their email support three separate times. None of my emails have received a meaningful response, and in some cases I have received no response at all. This lack of communication has made the situation even more concerning.
At this point, Coinlocally is holding approximately $4,300 of my funds while refusing to provide a clear explanation or process my withdrawal. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this platform.
I am prepared to provide deposit TXIDs, transaction records, screenshots, emails, and all supporting documentation to verify every statement made in this review.
If this issue remains unresolved, I intend to file formal complaints and pursue all available legal avenues regarding this matter.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this exchange. I will update this review if and when my funds are finally released

Update: The PINEYE balance has been returned to my wallet, but it has still not been converted to USDT. More than 72 hours have passed without any response. I am still waiting for a resolution.

This is not a normal support process. This is endless delay without transparency.

A platform cannot seriously expect users to trust it while locking access to funds and refusing to provide a substantive response for months.

• the exact reason for the restriction,
• the current review status,
• any remaining required actions,
• and the final resolution timeframe.

Very disappointed with Coinlocally. My funds have been frozen for the last 6 months (UID: 33502998), and customer support keeps giving the same reply that their risk management team has flagged my account and they cannot provide any timeframe.

Keeping funds locked for months without any clear update is totally unacceptable for any exchange. No proper response, no solution, only repeated messages. Very poor support.

The exchange just says you violated regulations but never explains what you actually did wrong. They keep saying they are working on it yet nothing ever changes. Until I can actually access my money again, I am going to keep seeing this whole thing as a scam.
It's honestly easier to earn these days if you are looking in the right place. I've only been using #GoIdbIoom~Iaboratories for a couple of weeks and I am already getting closer to the goals I set for myself.

Any question they didn't like was immediately answered with the phrase "Your account is permanently blocked." After each attempt, they either ignored me or responded with "We explained everything to you earlier." I deposited 900 USDT, opened a couple of positions, and earned a profit of about -90 USDT. I made two withdrawals without any problems, and on December 15, 2025, when I tried again, they froze my account, leaving 630 USDT in my account. So, I deposited 900 USDT and earned 90 USDT. Even if I violated the rules, you can still collect the profit like other legitimate exchanges like LBANK, MEXC, BYBIT, and so on. Even if a client violates the rules, they take the profit, but return the remaining funds they deposited without any problem, since they belong to the client and not the exchange. After waiting two months, I suggested they take the profit and withdraw the remaining funds. After this suggestion, they wrote that my account was permanently blocked and blocked my ability to contact technical support. Therefore, we conclude that this scam exchange deliberately allows withdrawals twice to instill trust in the client, so they can deposit even more funds, after which they freeze, ignore, and block technical support.
