Delivery = Good. returns = bad
Store was easy to navigate and easy to order. Delivery was prompt, but I was disappointed by the returns policy. I don’t feel that I should have to pay for a return of such a product

Excellent service from start to finish, great website. Only complaint was the quality and sizing of the trainers, I ordered a men's 12 and they were more like a 13/14. I guess quality and style are for the buyer to decide.
