Dose instructions are confusing, certain parts are repeated. The dose is ambiguous, 4 drops is said to be for 30 mins prior to use, 2 drops if refrigerated for 4+ hours, however the support team went... Toon meer

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the lack of communication on your recent purchase of Colief®. Thank you for your feedback regarding the lack of an acknowledgement email when you placed the order. This is standard practise for our ecommerce orders so we will investigate why you did not receive this email after your order was placed. Our ecommerce orders are fulfilled by a third party and the order delivery time using Royal mail is usually quite fast, 2-3 days, currently we are experiencing some delays due to the jubilee holidays.

Good but could do better with communication
Received our two Colief for baby in relatively good time. Not five stars because the communication was not great. We didn’t Receive a despatch email so we didn’t know if the order had even left the warehouse. As we were running low on Colief and it’s important we had it, we didn’t know if we needed to go buy some from Boots or what. But then it arrived 4-5 days after ordering. So not the end of the world.
Just would have been better if we were kept better informed during the despatch process.
Also the website was a bit clunky and wouldn’t let me pay very easily.

A great product that really has helped!
I have found these drops really have helped settle my baby. I can definitely notice a difference. Think the sale price with free delivery is great too! Nice and easy to re-order before running out!
