We started to use colief with my second daughter. We started using it after it was recommended by an Osteopath for colic. My daughter would cry for hours and hours and was just inconsolable. I tried all the other usual methods and honestly, I was on the floor.
Never unestimate colic, it was soul destroying.
I was willing to give it a go, especially as its so natural. Well, within an hour, my baby was just... A completely different baby.
The look of ease on her face. She looked so comfortable and that was it. Never looked back!

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the lack of communication on your recent purchase of Colief® Infant Drops. Thank you for your feedback regarding the lack of an acknowledgement email when you placed the order. This is standard practise for our ecommerce orders so we will investigate why you did not receive this email after your order was placed. Our ecommerce orders are fulfilled by a third party and the order delivery time using Royal mail is usually quite fast, 2-3 days, but in your case it seems to be longer. We do apologise and are investigating the issue with Royal Mail.
Rubbish customer service
After placing the order online I just received a confirmation about them receiving it and that's it. After 4-5 days I wrote them a message explaining that it's been more than 2-3 days and the package didn't arrive. Besides misspelling my name they gave a code that just showed me that the package was in transit so I waited another 2 days before receiving my drops. I get that the transport it's free, but that doesn't mean it has to be a rubbish customer service. You need to let the customer know when the package was sent in order for them to keep an eye out. It's common sense and your site needs to be more approachable about contacting you... If you have a shop section, you have to have a contact us section too. It's a totally shame because the discount on the product is good.
