Truly beautiful windows at an unbeatable price. Delivery was very fast and communication prior to placing order and once order placed was excellent. We did shop around and I found Colin’s windows to be the best value without compromising quality ie there was a choice of upgrading to wood grain finish etc. I did have a few windows that were damaged in transit (not Colin’s windows fault but rather during delivery) but this was resolved by the amazing Paul! Paul is very patient and fixed all the issues we had in one day and was always at hand to provide advice. Thank you Paul for putting up with me!!I will be replacing another 25 windows or so and I’ll be ordering these with Colin’s again. Now they’re installed they look beautiful and I could not be happier. Thank you Paul!

Absolutely great experience from start to finish.

Also need to add that Paul did a fantastic job installing out heritage french doors, he's a lovely guy willing to help out whether it's advice on the phone or actually installing.

Absolutely amazing work! It was a really tricky fit as our builders had not made the opening the right size. Paul came up with solutions to fix the problem with a smile on his face, he stayed until the job was done. Thank you!! The office team were also great at answering all our questions. I’m very pleased with our new french doors, which were good value, are well-made and attractive and have eliminated the draughts and condensation with the old doors. The service from Colin’s Sash Windows has been excellent and they provided good technical advice about the installation process and ensuring the correct sizes. There was a minor problem with an adjustable plate, which I had to modify to remove a small gap between the door and the frame. Paul provided guidance on how to adjust the plate to remove the gap, but this was not possible.

Radina & Paul have been brilliant help in organising the windows for our current project. Replying very quickly and going above and beyond to deliver everything we needed. The windows also look beautiful and are a high quality product. Look forward to working with the team again.

This company are using a third-party factory to fulfill their orders and have no control over their supplier.
Damaged and faulty windows with a lack of after sales support.
My order of 12 sash windows was delivered by a third party supplier Summer 2022. The windows arrived on Luton van. They were off loaded by hand at the protest of the driver who felt it was my responsibility to unload their vehicle. On inspection of the windows there are around two thirds which have either been damaged in transport or have manufacturing faults. Have had two an appointments arranged to resolve the problems with windows, both appointments were cancelled without a notice. Have had to pay extra £250 for independent window fitter to replace window panes badly marked during production. Despite contacting Colin Sash Windows via email and phone there has been no action to resolve the issues since today.

We used Colins Sash for a care home refurbishment project, Didi was very helpful throughout the ordering process and nothing was too much trouble, I couldn't believe how fast delivery was and we were kept informed every step of the way, an excellent service and the quality of the windows is excellent! Would highly recommend!

Although a while since installing my windows and doors I have just been back in touch to ask about an additional item.
I had 2 windows and 2 large bi-fold doors (3m and3.5m) They are superb. One glitch with a droopy integral blind(door) was rectified quickly and service excellent.
The quality of both doors and windows is superb and everyone comments on how good they look.
I dealt mainly with Radina who could not have been more helpful and informative.
I have reccomended several of my friends and family and I know that at least 2 orders were placed and they are also very happy.

We had Heritage Style patio doors supplied by Colin’s Sash Windows. The service was great! Delivery really quickly and a competitively priced. The after sales care by Paul was brilliant.

I was really pleased to find this product as it was exactly what we were looking for at an reasonable price however the customer service really lets the company down. I never usually leave reviews like this but once we had placed the order and paid, we did not receive any updates on the order unless I constantly chased up via email and phone calls.
The delivery was then delayed 3 times and I was still not made aware of the delays. I understand with manufactured products there can be delays but the lack of communication is unacceptable.
When I called to ask for updates, I was spoken to very rudely, one of the team sighed down the phone and I was told that I was 'frustrating' them because I asked for a delivery time frame so that I could arrange for someone to be in to accept the delivery.
We have finally received our order and I do not want anything from this review but I need to mention how poor the customer service is and that I have never been spoken to like this before, especially when we have spent that amount of money.
The emails and phone calls were so unprofessional and argumentative. I spoke to Elena, Mila and I did ask to speak to the manager Velina but she was apparently not available for phone calls. This could have easily been avoided and I feel really dissatisfied and I certainly would not recommend this company to anybody.

Have been using Collins Sash windows for many years now and the product and service is as good today as it was when I first used them. Nothing is to much trouble and the quality is second to none.

We bought a set of aluminum heritage windows and doors and we are really pleased with the quality of the product and the look of them.
The ordering process and defining the specs was pretty straight forward and even though we went back and forth a lot Didi was very helpful with that. Their technical support manager Paul was fantastic and very helpful throughout the whole process. We had some issues with the openings and installation (made by our builder) and Paul was able to come and help with the fitting at an extra cost. He did great job, went out of his way and had a very positive professional attitude which turned a stressful situation into a positive one.

My order of 20 sash windows arrived quickly and was delivered by a third party supplier. The windows arrived on two Luton vans due to their total weight and no larger vehicle being available. They were off loaded by hand at the protest of the drivers who felt it was my responsibility to unload their vehicles. On inspection of the windows there are around two thirds which have either been damaged in transport or have manufacturing faults.
Despite contacting Colin Sash Windows via email there has been no action to resolve the issues after 16 calendar days. This has resulted in having to store these windows and not being able to continue the planned building works. I can only rate my experience with one star as this is causing considerable stress and inconvenience to myself and family over the Christmas holidays. When calling their land line number I'm put through to a third party answering service which will only take messages.

I’ve just received 7 sash windows, the windows are brilliant quality, superior to most upvc sashes I’ve seen. From the outset Paul the customer support manager helped me with all the small and technical details needed. The ordering process was slightly more complicated, with another team, there were a couple of small items missing from the order, despite being worried about this I called them up and one of their team, Didi was very helpful and put me back on to Paul who took it in his stride and sorted it on the same day! Amazing customer service and after sales. Thank you very much. What a great company!

We have ordered an internal aluminium door acc. to Colin`s Sash windows quotation showing and describing a door with glazing inside.
Unfortunately we got a frame and glazing delivered separately. It was never mentioned glazing has to be inserted by ourselves -neither shown on their quote.

I am in contact with Colin`s Sash Windows to clarify this issue.

Will update the review once the issue is clarified/ corrected.

Reliable and speedy communication throughout the whole process. Vertical sliding sash windows delivered exactly on time. Very obliging staff.
