Decaf Espresso Blend brews up a smooth cup of coffee using an Aeropress. Beans arrived fresh with little to no broken beans. Fantastic smell and quality coffee.

This Cold Brew is Super
This Cold Brew exceeded my expectations and then some.
I have tried a half dozen different ones available on the net and all were good but this one is Real Good.
A super grinding job too.

Thank you for the kind words! So glad you're enjoying the Blue Moon. We appreciate you!
A real let down.
The coffee was nothing like what I purchased from other vendors. It was dry and weak. I’m used to a much bolder form.

Hi AJ,
Thanks for giving us a try. Our Sumatra Aceh is a single-origin specialty coffee roasted medium-dark so we can still capture these regional flavors that get lost during roasting. It's not roasted extra dark for the bold, heavy-roasted character some are used to.
If you're looking for something darker and stronger with more body, our French or Italian Roast would be a much better match for your taste.
Colipse coffee is delicious
Colipse coffee is delicious! I love that it's organic and also water process decaffeinated. The taste is smooth and flavorful..much much better than other brands i have tried. I already placed and received my second order. Order processing was fast and I received my coffee in just a few days.
Highly recommend!!

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the feedback! Really glad you're enjoying the coffee. Sorry about the USPS delay getting it to Oregon. We roast to order and ship quickly on our end, but sometimes the carriers don't cooperate like we'd hope.

Ordered this coffee to help as my current Hazelnut coffee was giving me digestive issues. The low acid factor of this coffee is helping a lot; However, the hazelnut taste was not as bold as I was expecting. all in all the coffee is doing what I needed it to do and I am pleased

Love the decaf espresso beans! Good that they come from a fair trade and sustainable source (and not from Brazil). Very tasty brew!

Colipse service is above and beyond
Colipse handled my shipping address confusion promptly and showed much patience. After being returned by the mail carrier, the order was replaced immediately and got to me in 2 days. Colipse service is in my experience above and beyond. I am very impressed.
PS: did not taste yet the coffee, and of course this is the litmus test, but if it matches their service, I am ready to be awed.
