Promotional online photographs of example items bear no relation to what you will receive. This is very much a 2D image product, which the small print does point out, but why then show 3D like examples!

The item that arrived was totally different to what I ordered, instead of a 3d sculpture, I received an Ai photo on flat piece of plastic 2d. Total rubbish and disappointment. This company does not respond to messages sent to them its all a SCAM.

Es un timo, no son foguras 3D, son en 2D, dos fotos pegadas, un engaño en toda regla.

Un vero schifo per una statuina in plastica che non riporta le sembianze della foto che ho inviato perché modificata con AI, tutto questo al modico prezzo di 56 euro compresa spedizione, se non mi restituiscono i soldi e’ una vera e propria truffa!!!!!

Te venden una figura a partir de una foto pero lo que te llega es otra foto plana recubierta de metraquilato y poco realista

I was expecting to receive a figurine copied from the submitted photo. And what i received was a cheep cardboard cut out of the photo. Very disappointing.

Horrible. Looked cheap. Faces looked like different people. I threw it right in garbage

The cup came but after first wash by hand the decal started coming off. Would not recommend.

The add gave the impression it was a figurine but it was a thin piece of perspex with a photo stuck to both sides the faces did not even slightly resemble a likeness to us no body could tell it was us a total rip off

Ho letto precedenti recensioni negative sul servizio offerto. Prodotto difforme da quanto evidenziato nel sito.
La mia esperienza è ancora più negativa avendo ordinato e pagato qualcosa che non ho mai ricevuto. Non c'è modo di comunicare con l'azienda e/o con il corriere incaricato. Mi riservo di denunciare l'accaduto alle Autorità Competenti ciò che io ritengo sia una truffa.

J ai commandé une statue 3D et reçu une photo plate dans un plexy😡😡

Nel sito ti dicono che la tua foto diventerà una statuina in 3D. È una grande menzogna. Ti arriva un pezzo di plexiglass dello spessore di mezzo centimetro con attaccato un ingrandimento della foto che avevi allegato. Un furto vero e proprio che nel mio caso ammonta a 50 euro.

Never got the package, they keep saying its not cleared at customs. Not my problem, nobody ever followed up, very poor experience.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY! Adverts show and describe the product as a figurine when in actual fact it's just a piece of flat clear acrylic with a picture stuck on one side. Looks nothing like the images shown. Extremely misleading and dishonest. There's a tiny bit of wording at the very end which describes it as 2D which is easily overlooked. Total waste of £30 plus £8 postage. Don't waste your money! Have reported advert to Google.

It's a nice product and was delivered quickly but I thought it was a statue.

Terrible and nothing like the picture! No one should buy this terrible product! Result is a total joke! 2D picture that I could have made on my own for like $4!

Ich kann vor diesem Anbieter nur ausdrücklich warnen.

Bestellt wurde eine 3D-Figur. Auf den Produktbildern war eindeutig eine echte dreidimensionale Figur zu sehen. Genau deshalb habe ich bestellt. Was nach rund vier Wochen Verspätung bei mir ankam, hatte mit der beworbenen Ware jedoch praktisch nichts zu tun: Statt einer 3D-Figur erhielt ich lediglich einen Papieraufdruck auf einem Kunststoffteil.

Das ist aus meiner Sicht keine normale Qualitätsabweichung, sondern eine klare Täuschung durch irreführende Produktbilder. Die gelieferte Ware entspricht in keiner Weise dem, was beworben und erwartet wurde.

Ich fühle mich massiv getäuscht und betrogen. Der Vorgang ist inzwischen so schwerwiegend, dass ich bei der Polizei Anzeige wegen Betrugs erstattet habe. Eine Kopie davon wurde zusätzlich an die Chinesische Botschaft in Berlin weitergeleitet.

Für mich ist dieser Anbieter absolut unseriös. Ich würde hier nie wieder bestellen und rate jedem dringend davon ab, sich von schönen Produktbildern blenden zu lassen.

Fazit: Irreführende Darstellung, extrem verspätete Lieferung, völlig falsches Produkt – aus meiner Sicht eine absolute Frechheit.
