Minus One Star
If I could choose a minus one star I would. We ordered a clock. It took a really long time to get it. When it arrived it was in pieces with NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to put it together. I asked for a refund under their 90 day return policy and the company gave me the run around. Bottom line, they refused to issue a refund. Our loss. I recommend you NOT do business with this company. Their products are not worth the money and they will not honor their return policy.

The shipment arrived damaged. i informed them if this and was told it was fine. It wasn't fine this was a gift. I can't give a damaged gift to anyone which they appeared to not understand. They offered a discount which was useless to me. I told them over and over I wanted to return it and they never told me what I needed to do to return it instead they wanted me to fix it. I was not comfortable with that. Then they wanted to charge me $10 shipping to reproduce another one. Who knows of it would come damaged. The discount they offered was 30% after starting at 10% working their way up to the 30%. What a joke.

This was the worst customer service…
This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered the 52 photo playing card deck and received a botched order. It was missing a photo so there was a duplicate, the back was the wrong photo, and the back photo I chose ended up on the face of one card. I wouldn't have cared if I could just communicate with the company and have the issue fixed. Customer service tried their best, not to remedy the order, but to convince me that the mistake was my fault when it was blatantly theirs, and I should just try to order the same product again. Mind you, I spent about $70 to get this deck with the fastest shipping possible. I had to resort to disputing the charge with my credit card company, as the customer service rep from the official email either barely understands English or is fully ok with shipping out botched orders with no intention of ever fixing them.
