Item arrived completely shattered. Shipped glass bottles in a cardboard box with no insulation of any kind. Opened the box to shards of glass falling all over our dining room table. Then couldnt get it replaced in time, very disappointing

I wasn’t expecting this to be a DIY item
I wasn’t expecting this to be something I have to assemble myself. It came as a huge surprise as my wife was unboxing it. I tried searching on the page to see if it is written anywhere that I need to DIY this thing but couldn’t find it. Would be great if it’s written somewhere. For something of this price to come like this, in my opinion it’s just horrible purchase. Not to mention you need a glue gun to actually build it.

Sent a faulty light that came on only after about 3 presses of the button, my electrician said it’s not fit for purpose but they would not have it ,, what a shame as the sign was actually quite nice and that’s the expensive bit , they just kept saying it’s fine, I will not recommend now and if they’d have simply refunded the lights which are about £10 I would have , how shortsighted as I need another 2 signs and will certainly not be using !

Fußabstreifer wertlos
Nach 2 Monaten in der Verpackung war der Fußabstreifer mit eigenem text am Tag des berschenkens bereits so ausgebleicht, dass keine Text mehr ersichtlich war und auch das Grundbild kaum erkennbar 😡 ist demnach nur aufgesprüht. Sehr enttäuscht....

Product disappointing but still an ok gift
Product disappointing - visual of a working-looking "weasley-style" clock but the hands were fixed and not interactive (so I'm always "at school" and my kids can never be).
Update: The conclusion of the house is that it looks quite good, and the silent motor is a plus. The description is technically not a lie as the product description was absent, but I feel misled by the pictures. Arrived slightly scuffed with a broken box from delivery, being poorly packaged. It was "cheap" but not what I wanted (which a better description could fix).

product not at all as pictured on website
The product I received did not remotely look like the product I ordered on the website. The font was different than pictured. The paint was different than pictured. The edges were completely different than pictured. Also the paint was sloppy and uneven.
When I emailed the company and sent pictures of what I ordered vs. what was on their website, they said they can't do it in the font pictured - that it wouldn't stay on the wood. They didn't respond to any of my complaints about bad/messy paint job.
Product looks so bad it is unusable.
I have asked for a refund and offered to mail it back. They don't want it back but also are only offering me first 10% refund and now 30% refund.

The experience with this company was shocking. I would have given no stars. One of my plaques were awful it made my dad who sadly passed away, look like a women. It was so upsetting they told me it was fine when i complained they refused to do it again or give a full refund. They offered 10% which is a joke

False advertisement. They stole the pictures they use from independent creators on Etsy. Bad quality products. Nothing like the photos. Won’t give a refund. IT’S A SCAM. Absolute waste of money.

Product was extremely cheap and not well made. Not real leather or copper. Customer service offered $5 for a $112 purchase to make things right.

Absolut schirch gravierte Geldbörse. Innen alles mit irgendeinen Kleber verpickt und Expressversand gezahlt und die Firma hat es als Kleinpaket normal versendet. Paket kam erst nach 14 Tagen statt an 5 Tagen an. Absolut NICHT zum Empfehlen!!!
