Beware- Do not order from here. They are in China. I ordered and never rec'd my item. I'm out $55. The customer service just says to keep waiting, they are no help. There's nothing you can do because they're in another country. You pay and get nothing. Refused me a refund. Big scam, read reviews- I should have!

Don’t waste your time...
Don’t waste your time with Colorfulswan. I ordered a product 2/4/2021. They gave me a timeline of 2-3 weeks that I would have it. Here it is 3/20/2021 and nothing in site. All this site is good for is showing you nice and pretty lamps for you to buy, then just taking your money. No responsive for any kind of delivery inquiry either, just the whole “be patient be patient” BS...Absolute garbage!!! I would ask for a refund and will probably look into it, but I’m hesitant cause I’m sure they will surely find a way to mess that up as well

I think this is a scam, I ordered something for my daughter's birthday and paid expedite shipping for it and order never came and they don't respond to inquiries, horrible customer service. Expedite shipping is $24.99 just FYI and its really disappointing.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I honestly believe they are scamming people on purpose. I ordered the moon lamp for my mom on December 25th 2020. Today is Feb 17th and it was never delivered. They cannot prove that it was delivered to the address I provided. They keep telling me to check the post office but cannot provide a tracking number. And they refuse to make it right by replacing the product or providing a refund. All they tell you is NO REFUND IT WAS DELIVERED. And I keep saying IT WAS NOT DELIVERED WHY WOULD I LIE. The worst customer service ever!!! Order from another company and keep your peace.

I placed an order that was supposed to be here before Valentine's Day but just to ensure that it was, I paid them for expedited shipping. Today is 2-15 and order is still not here. Company response by text is it will be here in 5 - 15 more days. I suggest you never order from this company. I never will again.

Stay away. I ordered then after waiting 7 weeks to receive the product it was never delivered to my house. I tried to get help from this company but all they say is we are not responsible. No help refuse to make it rite. I ordered this it was supposed to be custom made for my mother now that's ruined and I'm out of 60 bucks. Its a shame how people do. I should have realized something was up when it came from over seas. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
