I had a great experience with Stanley Esquierdo and his team. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining the different life insurance options available to me. They made everything easy to understand, answered all of my questions clearly, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision.

I really appreciated their friendly approach and the time they took to help me understand what would work best for my needs. Excellent service overall, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for life insurance!

Par contre, on va dit tout ce que ça pouvait couvrir et par la suite, à cause d’une situation de santé, une bonne partie de choses que j’avais cru qui seraient couverts m’ont été refusé.

Je ne trouve pas ça correct d’essayer de nous proposer des choses et d’ensuite les retirer pour une situation de santé.

Vous devriez voir la santé de la personne avant de lui proposer quelque chose. Même si je ne l’ai pas montré devant mes représentants, j’étais vraiment fâché 😡 car on m’a approché avec, façon de parler, de fausses représentations.

Par contre, les deux représentants étaient super. Ils ont répondu à toutes mes questions et je me suis sentie respectée, écouté.

J’ai quand même pris un plan. Mais je suis vraiment contrarié pour la méthode utilisée pour présenter le tout.
