Assinei um contrato com o Cometly há 8 meses. No início, recebemos um bom suporte e as coisas fluíram bem. No entanto, aos 6 meses, o Cometly retirou nosso suporte, deixando apenas um e-mail que nunca respondia ou demorava muito a responder. Aos 8 meses, o Cometly começou a ter muitos problemas, e nosso tráfego ficou travado por 2 semanas. O suporte não respondia, e quando finalmente passou a responder, já tínhamos buscado outras alternativas devido ao impacto em nosso trabalho. Após resolvermos nossos problemas, tentamos voltar para o Cometly, mas, depois de 20 dias sem usá-los, eles queriam cobrar um valor 3 vezes maior do que o que estávamos pagando, com planos diferentes dos que tínhamos no contrato. Tivemos que sair do Cometly por causa desses problemas e ficamos frustrados com o suporte e a falta de consideração com clientes antigos. Não recomendo pois após o vencimento do contrato eles vão querer cobrar um valor muito mais caro de você.

Its just another tool with a bunch of complicated options, the pricing is also too high.
Not worth it if you are looking for a all rounder tool.

So much better then hyros

I was using hyros before cometly and it wasn't good. I came across cometly and it has changed my business

Cometly is by far the best server-side tracking solution I've come across. It's user-friendly, intuitive, and accurate. It's so nice to fully understand the impact of your cross-channel advertising and how it compares with organic sources. On top of that, their product support is fantastic. Shoutout to Buddy, who patiently helped me any time I had a question. Highly recommend Cometly to any advertiser who wants to boost their ad performance.

Have tried hyros before and hated it, Cometly has been amazing so far for me, love that is has a built in ads manager thats like fb ads manager

Cometly is way easier than Hyros. I was honestly dreading setup but it was smooth and the data just started coming in.
