Hyros has made a huge difference in our business.
Before I got recommended Hyros by another business owner, we were managing ads blindly, without really knowing what revenue was attributed to each ad, and what our real marketing performance really looked like.
But as soon as I started using Hyros and set everything up with the Meta Specialist, we started to have a clearer picture.
Since using Hyros, we've been able to improve our ROAS from 2.5 a month to 3.7 a month.
It's made a huge difference on how I manage ads.

Helped us scale our ad spend
We were relying on the Meta and Google platform's reporting before getting set up on Hyros but noticed that not everything was tracked. When we started adding in more traffic sources, attribution and ROAS calculations became an issue. Hyros helped us get clarity on which channels were contributing to sales, which helped us make better decisions when allocating budgets. They also helped us send more useful events back to our pixels to target our potential clients better. Immediately we saw increased match scores. What we got was a feedback loop that helped us scale up our ad spend. Definitely helped make our business more than we paid them, and it's only a few months in.

Our company has a had a great experience with Hyros! We've had so many issues before Hyros tracking where our ad spend is going. Before Hyros we were tracking about 70% of our ad spend and now we are tracking 90-95% percent, which is huge for. Additionally, their team has an amazing onboarding process, they walk you through it every step of the way. Thank you Hyros!

Hyros is an amazing software. We went through several platforms before finding them and it fit everything we needed. It is super accurate and tracks our revenue and sales perfectly.
We had an amazing onboarding experience and have had a dedicated support rep (shout out to Alexandru!) who jumps on anything we need extremely fast.

HYROS and their useless response - I tried reaching out to you but your ex CEO the founder the company, I won't mention his name as he has blocked me on X because I disclosed his scam tactics and apparently he doesn't take criticism too well... Also why does he keep lying to innocent 18-year olds that he has 100K days or about moving to Dubai considering he still lives in the USA and succeeded purely by doing illegal things?
Total utter scam which relies on dodgy illegal marketing tactis - the only way that it works is because their CEO or ex-CEO (his title often changes) used to be a famous con artist selling get-rich-quick schemes to vulnerable people online, avoid like the plague

It has been a great experience! Perfect tracking on every platform which means tacking better decisions. The platform can be overwhelming with a lot of info BUT this is where your analyst comes in, in our case her name is Denisa. Without her, understanding the proper functionality of this system would take ages, thankfully she is ALWAYS available and will answer any question you have. You can setup meetings with your analyst if your questions need a deeper answer, and Denisa has been always on top of our account, giving us advise and tacking care of our brand as if it was hers. Learnig how to track properly will definitely take time for everyone but you all need to understand that without it, your decision making wont be spot on and scaling will be harder than you thought. Big thanks to Denisa for having made this experience real easy for us. We will keep using Hyros for tracking and we definitely recommend it.

Hyros is amazing
Hyros is amazing. I checked them out because I needed numbers I could trust. Meta tells you one thing, Stripe tells you another, Posthog gives you a different number, and I wanted numbers I could confidently base marketing decisions off of. It's a bit complicated to setup right so i recommend you do the kickoff call. Hopefully you'll get Dorin and David who are both super helpful and knowledgeable. They got me through everything quickly while also explaining everything in simple terms along the way.
