Excellent support, lot of data!
Hyros has been a great tool for us, provided a lot of additional clarify with our sales campaigns, catching disparities in ROAS (4.5 in Meta, vs 7.9 actual). Especially helpful since our purchasing journey tends to be longer. Vlad, our rep, has been excellent — responsive and a clear guide for us.

It freaking works...
I was testing several such software systems side by side for 30 days. I'm a low volume high AOV WooCommerce store. Hyros smoked several other legitimate brands that I won't mention. My customer service rep was first rate. The software exceeds expectations. There was a learning curve, but that's fair.
I was desperate to reinvent my business as my PPC accounts had become so inefficient that it had become an existential threat to my business. The agentic Ai transition from SEO is also a bear to navigate. The measurements that Hyros lets you understand give me the recon I need to make fast super critical decisions. It freaking works. Actually unbelievable in todays world.

Hyros has been great for us over the months. It helped us scale ads that translated into direct results for our business. Hyros' team and especially our account manager, Felix, is very competent and always there to help out no matter what. Felix will get on a call with you if need be to sort things out and will follow up until the issue is fixed, which I am very grateful for.

Before Hyros, we had issues having data, send real tracking to our Meta Ad Account. Hyros changed everything, we have now high-qualied leads campaign, we track all data, real time optimization based on real data, the multi-ads tracking is awesome. But even better with Hyros is the support team, atleast from our experience. Our account manager Nour is incredible and when i mean Incredible, easy to reach out, which is a nice thing. But with such an advanced platform, it can be easy to be lost, but with his fast response rate, and with his ability to make it easy to understand the way he educated us of the platform, it would'nt be the same experience. 10/10 for sure

I have been using Hyros for 2 years now…
I have been using Hyros for 2 years now and it only worked for us for the first 6 months. And then it started over reporting the leads data. It over reports leads by 20-30%, like the CRM gets 100% accurate data and it will report 100 leads but Hyros will report 120-130 leads and thus every single campaign gets overreported. We have done several calls with their team and never found a solution that worked. We kept paying for it becuase of the hype that it might be beneficial one day but just wasted our money. Their team's solution in the end was to set a Zap to send leads from CRM to Hyros to get correct reporting like what? If we wanna do that we can just do that in a google sheet and stop paying for hyros. Using a third party tool to fix hyros problem is not a solution. And their extensI used Hyros for about 2 years. It worked well for the first 6 months, but after that it started over-reporting our leads by 20–30%. Our CRM had the correct numbers (e.g., 100 leads), but Hyros would show 120–130, which made the campaign data unreliable.
We had several calls with their team but never found a real fix. In the end, their suggestion was to use a Zap to send leads from our CRM back into Hyros so the numbers match. That didn’t make sense to us — if we’re already pulling accurate data from the CRM, we might as well just use a dashboard or Google Sheet and skip Hyros entirely.
Also, their extension never worked properly with Google Ads Manager, only Facebook and TikTok.
We eventually built our own dashboard with automation tools and have had 100% accurate reporting for the past year.ion never worked for our Google Ads manager, it only worked on Facebook and Tiktok. There was a time when Hyros or similar tools were helpful but you now you can just use automation tools to set up your own dashboard which is what we have been using for a year now and has 100% accuracy.

First things first, the software does exactly what the Hyros team claims it can do, and with the proper setup and use, it can all but obliterate the typical gaps you find in your data running campaigns across multiple platforms, placements, and accounts.
