Comfizz of Kavendor Ltd Reviews 

I have worn Comfizz level 1 support wear for the past 18 months. It's brilliant for anyone with a stoma. Gives you so much confidence for keeping the pouch in place.
A couple of weeks ago the company were at an open day and I mentioned a very, very minor niggle to the gentleman representing the company (which actually was probably my own fault) however he insisted that they would send out a replacements, which they did.
He couldn't have been more helpful. A delightful company to deal with.

Having ordered a support belt for my Ileostomy, after only three or four days of wearing it, it showed signs of poor wear, the edges were 'curling'. This belt was returned and another sent in its place. Unfortunately, this second belt is showing the same signs of wear albeit after wearing for a week and its first wash. Having contacted Comfizz, they have been far less than helpful in offering a refund as the quality of the belt leaves a lot to be desired especially given the fairly high price. The other point is that the velcro fastening of the belt is right up to the edges and rubs on the skin, especially when seated, so not particularly comfortable. So, would I recommend Comfizz - a definite NO. I now have to return the belt at my own cost and then they will 'consider' issuing a refund! Extremely poor service and quality of garment.

Good customer service

The experience was pleasant, from the purchase and customer service, from the chat to the final product. The product is comfortable and of very good quality. The only downside is the delivery time in Mexico, but that's not the brand's fault. I highly recommend it.

The quality of the product is outstanding. Not only does it keep my difficult stoma bag in place with enough support that it doesn’t prevent it from working. I wear the pants every day and they give me confidence to live a life as much as I can. Can you please think about a waterproof stoma bag cover? If I have a shower no matter how much I try to cover it with something waterproof it means I only have one free hand and as I fall very easily usually breaking a bone it would be wonderful to have a normal shower and enjoy it like I used to. I hope you’ll give some thought to my request. Lynne

I am 10 days post colostomy surgery. As this was a planned surgery, I was able to to research what I may need post op. I came across Comfiz through an on-line forum where Ostomates shared their lived experiences and supported each other.
The website was informative and easy to use. Ordering was straightforward, and most importantly for me, the sizing was spot on.
I ordered some support underwear wear, which I started using from day 3. This support wear made a huge difference, not only from a comfort point of view, but also, the garment made me feel safe.
I have now ordered a support belt for me to use at night .
Everything has been considered by this company in relation to how to support those with ostomies of all kinds. I would like to thank them for providing a great product that makes such a difference.

Purchased for my mum after her surgery , garment arrived way too small for size advertised , I emailed customer services to return and swap for bigger size and almost a month later and multiple tries to get a response still nothing .poor customer services

Problem with specification of stoma support Level 1 M/L in light grey which was tighter than other colours was resolved with full reimbursement. Thank you.

The customer service is great as is the stock. I use level 2 to hold my hernia in when out on special nights and level 1 at all other times. I can’t have op so these help me. I have been in correspondence also with staff and they are so helpful. For me Comfizz is perfect.
