Onkar was very considerate, understanding and not pushy. He allowed me to make my own choice about the scooter that i felt comfortable with.

Lorna our consultant/adviser was really helpful and knowledgeable of the product. We had chosen which scooter we liked and were able to ride on, take apart and reassemble.

Not a great start, only ordered the brochure yesterday, today, bank holiday Monday they were ringing me and woke me up, unfortunately both my phone number and email address were required fields so they have now sent me an email offering a home demo. Sounds like an old double glazing company, not impressed.

First class service from start to finish. Enough time allowed for a good trial run with chosen scooter. The scooter has made a world of difference to my husband getting out and about.

A great non pressurised salesman and experience from Phillip Cill-Nielson who explained everything from start to finish . Wish we had found out about Humfree two years ago as this is a much better product than the one we purchased back then.

Ricardo was very punctual, and very informative regarding the product that we were interested in.
No sales pressure and spent time explaining all the buttons.

A team member named Lorna visited us at home who was very friendly, understanding and patient. Discussed what we were looking for and what would support our lifestyle. She was very professional showing detailed photos of the most appropriate choices of mobility scooters; going through all the pros and cons of each mobilty scooter. When we had got down to two choices, she then went into her van and allowed us to drive both around a little to get a feel of what was right and even helped folding each product down and checking sizing in the family car boot.

The financial aspect of the meeting was very cost effective and simple.

The overall appointment was excellent. Lorna is a very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional person.

From my initial phone call right through the demonstration to delivery the experience was faultless. Very friendly service, the chap who came to our home to demonstrate the scooter was a lovely man. The delivery men were fast and efficient too. I had a problem putting in the pass code, so I sent an email on the day of delivery (Saturday), I didn't expect to hear anything until Monday. But within the hour, someone phoned me and talked me through the procedure-exceptional service. Well done Humfree, will have no qualms about recommending you. By the way, the scooter is great too!

A very positive experience. The delivery driver Jonathan was on time, helpful and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Delivery driver very good and went through start up and controls .Not very good having to save box as if problem arises will get charge d if has to be returned without.Have spent enough already

Lorna was very helpful and cheerful, we went for a wee test drive, and she explained everything in detail .

The two gentlemen who delivered my mobility scooter were helpful and friendly. Chris and Conor gave great service.

I was very impressed when the scooter was demonstrated to me at home on Monday. After paying, it was delivered Thursday morning.
Bob and Kevin were very pleasant and removed the packing ready to ride. Unfortunately they had never seen this model before and did not know how to input a pin number of my choice so that had to wait.
After they had left with the box and packing, I realised that the arms for the seat were missing and presumably still in the box.
Someone will be coming back next week to return them to me.
