Everything explained and demonstrated lovely. Pleasant chap Danny polite and informative.

The agent was very knowledgable and accommodating, he explained things thoroughly and clearly with a hands on demonstration of the scooters. He was polite with a calm demeanour and not at all pushy. I felt very comfortable in his company.

Only – disappointment was that a £4000 scooter didn’t have a charging hub

Warren took the trouble to thoroughly demonstrate each scooter to us and to give us plenty of time to practice folding and lifting each scooter into the car boot to test weights, space etc. We didn’t feel pressured into making a purchase, again we had the time to compare products and to make a final decision.

Onkar was very polite and professional in all aspects. He demonstrated the scooter really well to both my wife and myself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering buying a mobility scooter.

Lovely lady called Steph, so friendly and helpful. Put me at ease straight away, she explained everything to me, and I went in a test ride on Carbon model. Super easy to use, and folds into a medium suitcase size. Very very happy, will give me my freedom back.

Sober arrived on the scheduled time and waisted no time. He had ready answers for all my questions and I could try out the scooter. Just what I needed to make an informed choice. Thank you!

The service, the follow up and speed of delivery. A home demonstration was fab. Mr Julian Moore explained, not only the benefits of the Zero Carbon scooter, but also the downsides. Which was brilliant advice. He spent almost 3 hours helping me use the scooter, which gave me some confidence. He didn't try to push the sale.
When it was delivered, the two men form Halifax, took the time to ensure I could manage the scooter. Sine then I have has several follow up calls to ensure everything was good. I have also contacted Humfree with minor issues, They were very helpful.
They and the scooter have improved my mobility.
An impressive company.

Svend arrived on time and explained very interestingly the features of the Humfree Connect Scooter, and the origins of the Humfree Company. He showed us how to take the Scooter apart and put it back together again, making the Scooter lightweight and easy to lift, and how to get it in and out of our front door. We both drove it around inside and outside, and found it very good. He explained how to charge the battery and went through all the features of the Scooter in detail. We were very happy with all aspects of the demonstration and it showed us what we wanted to know. We are looking forward to it being delivered and start using it.

Great experience with Humfree, thanks to Sober who showed us two scooter models. He discussed our needs and demonstrated how the folding mechanism worked and how it fits into my mini. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Thanks again to Sober for providing a friendly and helpful home demonstration.

Daisy is very pleasant, helpful, informative, and knowledgeable about the scooter's, she was happy to show how the scooter folded, she gave time and patience while giving the demonstration and made sure we were happy with everything before she left, and explained everything simply, Great Service and would recommend.

Met Ashley today. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Tried 2 of the folding scooters. There was an option to try a third but it was too heavy for my husband to lift into the carboot. Chose the Carbon one. So light and just what I needed. Ashley demonstrated how to fold and charge the machine. Very friendly guy. So far my experience with Humfree has been so easy. Scooter due in 3 days and am so excited!
