Insurance policy appears to be the best value for money against others I have researched. Couple of queries on the renewal of the policy, which George Levy of the service team, was very happy to help me with .....nice to speak to a real person (or a very, very clever AI). Stay real George.

I have just renewed my annual motorhome policy with Comfort Insurance.
The customer adviser was very helpful and made a alteration as we now have a tracking device fitted.
Easy and straightforward to do and for this I am giving a recommendation of Comfort.
I suppose the proof of satisfaction will be if I need to make any claim. Hopefully this will not happen.

Insured our new motorhome with Comfort, who offered the best cover at a competitive price. In addition, they were able to assure me that as soon as an ongoing, no-fault claim had been settled, they would refund the additional premium I had paid - no other insurer would offer this. To top it all, rather than being a web-only contact company, you can actually phone them and speak to an actual advisor, in the UK, without having to listen to 20 minutes of options that send you round in circles!

Good value, helpful and efficient. Donna Thompson was a pleasure to deal with.
