Excellent customer service
I have been dealing with Comfort Insurance regarding motorhome insurance and have spoken to several members of their customer service team. Every person I spoke to was extremely friendly, patient and helpful.
A special thank you to Katie and Donna, who were particularly helpful and took the time to answer my questions and make sure everything was explained clearly. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and I really appreciated their help throughout the process.
It is refreshing to receive such friendly and helpful customer service, especially when arranging something as important as insurance.

The experience overall was great. George was extremely patient and was able to answer all my questions bar one. He was able to find out the answer for me. Sadly it wasn't the answer I was hoping for!

Just renewed my policy with Ryan who was very helpful and made it easy. The renewal was very competitive which is why I renewed, however I asked about monthly payments and was not impressed with the amount charged in interest, so did not take up that option. Overall good service

Just an easy phonecall to go through the details, and a price competitive with all my other quotes. Some good exrtas in the Comfort package that made me want to go with them. A very happy first time motorhome owner.
