Very easy to deal with online and a very competitive quote for renewal including full EU breakdown services

Great service. On line quote system good but lacks detail. Called customer service very helpful and completed full process. However there is a glitch. I have taken out insurance yet I am being chased with phone call and emails asking if they can help after I started an on line quote. Join the dots. You have my business. A very competitive price and package.

My first time insuring a campervan and a pleasant experience. Tried a few others for quotes and conditions etc and for me Comfort came top of the list. Really helpful staff to talk to and advise, I spoke to Corrine a couple of times and she was just great. The conditions of insurance are good and the price beat all the others although for me the service etc outweighed the slight cost advantage.

The advisor was excellent Donna went through everything with me and explained how the policy would work
From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for her
I explained that my camper is moving from one storage yard to another and she has noted it all down

A good company to deal with, customer service is very good and easy to get hold of for any query. Many may not know but Comfort is part of Aviva Insurance which is a well known and respected company. I look about each year as Insurance is very competitive market but I'm now in my third year with Comfort. I would recommend them.
