Comfy Homes 

This company cancelled my order for three items saying they are discontinued. They have since failed to give me my £645 refund for items I never got. They blamed Klarna which I paid with. Klarna said they can't refund me without Comfy Homes permission. Gone round in circles. No phones are answered at Comfy Homes. I will be reporting them to trading standards

They are scammers do NOT buy from them. I placed an order for a dining table and they gave me excuse after excuse for late delivery. I asked them to cancel the order then they lied that it was in dispatch and would be delivered the following week. I was sent a tracking number to track the driver then when the driver sent a message saying he was 39 minutes away never turned up. I have since not had a response from them. They are scammers I repeat do not order from them. They put a fake telephone number which never gets answered. They need to investigated.

Still haven't got the mirror I ordered months ago. No reply to emails, phone calls or my request for a refund. Going to trading standards.

I don't know why trust pilot has classified this company as excellent. I ordered a dressing table stool from ebay website, it send no tracking info and said it will be delivered the following week. No item was delivered, messaged them to find out that its lost in transit!!! What a bloody joke. Got ebay involved, so they sent me a tracking info which is suspicious as I have emailed the courier they said they haven't got the parcel. Ebay has given the company until the 21st of october to resolve.
I will never recommend this company. Called the company several times, nobody answered my phone. I'm disgusted.

I wish i had read reviews before i ordered from this company. Their customer service is non existent. I have ordered a nest of tables ordered on 10th September received an email which said delivery will be 2/4 weeks. I am going away in two weeks, so i emailed back asking if it will be the two week mark or the 4 week mark, got no reply. So i called the number and it just rings out. So i emailed them again on 13th September to say if this cannot be delivered within two week mark then i want to cancel. (Order was still being processed at this point) Still no reply. Then on 14th September i get a despatch email to say it will be delivered on 16th September and is this ok, email also said i will get tracking information a few days before, however we are only 2 days away from delivery date. So anyways of course i replied and said yes!

15th September still no tracking information so i email asking if i will be getting tracking information. No reply, emailed again today (16th September) still waiting for a reply. Tried calling and number just rings out. Sent a message on facebook asking if they can get in touch with despatch and atleast give a possible eta or a slot which is what normal couriers do. Reply was they cant access account information. Bearing in mind i wasnt asking them to access any information just to pass a message on. Now where i work if any query comes in via social media it ALWAYS gets directed to the relevant team. So why can't they do that? Its so frustrating and never have i experienced anything like this, and reading the reviews i am getting really worried. Lets hope this does get delivered today and in one piece, as i am definitely clued up on the legal side of things and know what my rights as a customer are.

**UPDATE**

I waited from 7am and gave up at 6pm, as i had to go to a party, got a phone call at 8:30pm that the driver is half an hour away, and will be with me at 9:01pm. I then got a text message to say driver will be here at 9pm. So had do drive back the 20 minutes back home. Driver finally turned up at 9:15pm. Never have i received a delivery this late. They opened the packaging to make sure everything was in order, and it was. I am happy with my nest of tables. But the hassle around them has put me off from ordering from here again. I was going to order a couple of other items, but will go elsewhere.

A simple reply to an email can go a very long way. And i strongly believe they delivered this asap because i said i wanted to cancel. And just to add the drivers said they had been on the road since 3am and now have another couple of deliveries before they make their way back to Leeds, i'm in Birmingham. They looked shattered!

I order a table and chairs and as they never stated a time frame I then emailed and was told finally replied to and told delivery would be weeks away, I was not happy to wait this long and requested a refund this was all within a 48 hour time frame, I was ignored and messaged again as wanted a refund and for this order to be cancelled!, days later they finally responded to tell me that now me order would be with me the following week which by now I had ordered a set with a 2 day delivery so once again asked for the cancellation to be told I would be charged as it had now been dispatched which is a lie as the delivery they stayed was around 10 days time, with this they have infact kept £70 of my money and just ignore my emails, so now trading standards and financial ombudsmen, steer clear from these criminals, they don’t have a telephone number for a reason there a bunch of thieves

Very very poor customer services. I will never ever buy again from this company. All that glitters is definitely not gold!

AVOID!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…. SCAM!!! … I placed an order for a table and chairs with email after email for 4 months back and forth that they had no chairs in stock then no table then to tell me my order was lost!..excuse after excuse!! after nearly 4 months and no money returned after asking several times they then refunded me with money missing from my original order, scam company!!!
Customer service were terrible and very rude also!
Then when trying to get in contact with them about my missing money they have ignored my emails.

This company should be shut down ! Useless customer service ! You cant call them or pick your order 1 month I've been waiting for a simple mirror and thats just for a date, order 1000's of things online and this is without question the worst service WARNING STEER CLEAR GO TO A REPUTABLE TRADER , I am also making a report to Klana , trading standards etc FED UP IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

Bought an expensive photo and frame from this website.
Driver delivered picture and removed the glass cover so I could see it wasn't damaged.
He did not remove the frame covering so I expected this to be perfect as it looked well protected.
After removing the frame covering I noticed deep scratch and dents on the frame which was very disappointing.
I've contacted aftercare who have been no help and pretty much blaimed me for not checking frame.
They've said they pay a premium service for delivery to ensure photo is checked but the driver made no attempt to show me the frame.
If you buy from this site make sure you unwrap the entire thing and check it out prior to accepting the product.
Lesson learned for me and won't buy from them again.

For anyone thinking of furniture and the thought of self assembly frightens them, then look no further, the ease and simplicity with which this high quality furniture goes together is a dream,instructions were child's play, its that much fun I alone(64 yr old man ) assembled a 4 door and 3 door wardrobe, 2 x 3 Drawer bedside cabinets and a 6 drawer chest in just 4 days they were that much fun and easy to assemble , but dont be fooled it does not reflect badly on the quality of the furniture in any way, the quality is stunning , I picked the Nebraska,Grey Linen, range of bedroom furniture and was not disappointed, from order start to delivery finish i would highly recommend Comfy homes 100%

P”ss poor customer service!!! Failed delivery now want to charge me £65. You have my money and I don’t have the item I purchased, no responses coming in. You take weeks to reply and quite frankly I would like the item or my money back so I can take my business else where! Would never recommend you to anyone.

Well after my first review I'm not getting my £630 back off this shambolic company never dealt with such a company in my whole life they turn up at the wrong address and and I've got voice mails of there drivers at the wrong address unbelievable and they want more money off me to redeliver the sofa I have paid £630 that never was delivered to me and the biggest laugh is they say it's custom made what a load of crap .

I ordered a stunning table but had to give up on it as they simply could not deliver. I was told my table was ready for delivery but they could never secure a time to deliver to me in Dorset. In all fairness to them they did not quibble about giving me my money back so all credit to them BUT please don't accept orders if you know you can't deliver. It is wasting everyones time and causes stress as I thought at one point I'd been scammed as I paid but nothing turned up. I was wrong on this count but they need to be upfront and say that delivery is only guaranteed in the North!

So I ordered a table. Had no order confirmation so I was confused left this for a couple of days to find there is no direct line you can contact. I then emailed and honestly replies take days and they don't even address your concerns. In the end I just had an email saying they have cancelled my order because of how I explained I am disgusted with the poor service. Melissa decided to take that decision without my consent and knowing I have been waiting for 3 weeks for this. I am disgusted and will look to take it further through a complaints procedure. I have all communications in writing and I feel the company have a lack of compassion and do not know how to turn around negative feedback. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. I won't be shopping with them again. Instead I have used sleepmaker as an alternative site to shop. I am disgusted with the owner of this company he clearly also has no professionalism. I went directly to him to complain and all he did was block.me via LinkedIn. Embarrassed for them and will never recommend cheap items from cheap class individuals. They also tried to flag my review. Really obsessed and I will continue to spread the word of my experience.

Update I am now receiving emails as they would like an order number etc. If you are reading this pick up the phone and let's discuss the issue I had.. I have all email comms at the ready and how awful I was treated because I was upset at the time lag and confusion of my order. Your team did not care for my business infact they blocked me from replying to their cancellation without my consent in cancelling an order. I had to reply through your sales email and then get blocked after requesting your complaints procedure as this could have all been turned around should you have efficient staff. The fact the owner blocked me for asking if I could let him know about my experience and how I needed a manager says it all!!! I stand by how disgusted I am.

Excellent service would highly recommend I ordered a beautiful picture and was worried it wouldn't arrive before Xmas It was delivered on time and the courier unpacked it and checked for any damage very happy 😀

Bought a stunning marble table had lots of compliments on it worth looking at this website would recommend it customer service is excellent.

I ordered the Milano Headboard after…
I ordered the Milano Headboard after watching the videos and reading their reviews however still got caught out. The Headboard is advertised as custom made and therefore excluded from returns policy. Not only was it too heavy for me to move, the material did not match the quality expected for a Headboard costing £573. I asked the drivers who were very unhelpful (stating that I was lucky they brought it indoors as they usually leave it outside) to return it for the two reasons mentioned. I've since not received a refund and therefore spokento Trading Standards who have categorically advised me to take it to small claims as the item is not custom made unless you provide measurements, which I did not. It is a standard King sized headboard with a choice of colour. I've also recieved emails advising that I am being charged for storage until I accept a return of the item. Again, advise from Trading Standards is that they cannot legally do this so I'm having to apply to small claims court to get my money back. Be careful and avoid ordering the headboards at all cost unless you have no intention to return.
