We wanted commercive tobe our partner for out dropshipping business.

Pros:
No MOQ and you just pay around 30usd to get access to agents. When you do around 10 orders per day then they move you to priority support.

Cons:
When you need to source more products it take forever.
They can get quote for 3 products per day maximum.
Might be good for some one products stores but when you have lots of products it does not make sense.

Sometimes the communication was really bad. We asked 5 questions and they answered 1.

Commercive says on website that they have also US warehouse where you can send bulk orders. Our agents said they only have China warehouse so that is weird.

Shipping time? We ordered samples on 27.3.2026 and still not here. just to clarify, we ordered from aliexpress twice and everytime the shipping time was around 8-10 days (not business days). So what is the point of Commercive?

Right now we switched to competitor and one thing we can see is the level of support we get.
And also when we bought samples from Commercive - they let us pay shipping price for all of them even when it was in one package. Our current agent worked with us to pay as little as possible for shipping.

We might get back to Commercive just to test it again but right now I would not recommend it.

The support team is super nice! Feels like they actually enjoy what they do (at least i hope so!). The process is well structured and super simple for dropshippers, even beginnners! I would highly recommend this service to anyone that needs fast responding, reliable and super friendly support <3

The people in Commercive are great in terms of answering enquiries and are able to handle orders with ease.

Experience has been 10/10 so far , i have absolutely no complaints . You guys found my product and was able to work magic to eliminate moq and also able to get e quotes so i can upslae , i have no complaints and grateful for this team i would love to keep working with the team in the future.

I would personally reccomend this place if your a begginer in the Dropshipping industry. I like anted to get A refund and that they canceled my subscription and all that went smooth and they were quick with answering me

I think Commercive is an excellent supplier, especially for those just starting out. I have only had good experiences with them, and I have had no trouble with them in any way. I have used them for about 2 months, and the best thing might be the good communication and fast replies.

I've been using Commercive for about 4 months now and haven't had any complains. They supply almost any product which many suppliers from other places cant. Their suppliers (Terry from my experience) has sourced every product I needed sourced. Amazing support from Mursal, quick and thoughtful responses. I recommend them to beginner and advanced dropshippers looking to have reliable suppliers and support.

The agents were phenomenal. They respond quick every single day, got me my invoices, and shipped out my products on time. They are so professional and help you with anything you need help with. Even if it seems like a dumb question they gladly answer it politely and are always super helpful. 12/10 service from them.

From the beginning they were really kind and they solved all my questions and as soon as I started gaining orders they were really fast in the shipping and order processing.
