Very happy with the continued support we receive from LVK. We recently saw an increase in order damages due to a manufacturing error, and LVK has been flexible in helping us resolve this issue at the 3PL level. I appreciate that they are always willing to discuss creative solutions and are open to making changes to workflows to better support us.

Working with Nico and Max is always a pleasure. Any issues we have they are available at all times and jump in to assist right away.

During our recent holiday period, we saw a surge in demand of our bundled product (ie Vest + Pack). We unfortunately ran out of Men's Packs, and had to send daily requests to LVK with 30-40 partial shipment order requests. The CS team at LVK (and esp. Carlos) handled these flawlessly, and helped us achieve our sales goals, even while being OOS. Gracias Carlitos!
