My problem was resolved incredibly quickly—much faster than I expected—and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Joanna kept me updated throughout and made sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome.

Feels great, unfortunately oversized
Feels amazing has nice intricate details.
Only problem is the size, i ordered the small hoping it would fit nicely but it feels like a large fit. Don't want to return it as it is lovely.
If you're a smaller person such as myself (5.2") only buy if you're okay with oversized tops

Nice customer service, bad service
The mail never even reached me. I did not feel like there was direct support, it was either do it yourself or it may eventually move. And no, it was being prepared for delivery like 3 times, and then just got stuck and nothing ever happened.

Delivery was on time and the package arrived in a beautiful box. The jewelry is delicate and very well designed! My only complaint is that the necklaces are so thin that if you wear two pieces at night, they get tangled up in an impossible knot!

Superb Customer Service
I recently bought a ring for my son for Christmas. Unfortunately due to delayed post at that time of year by the time the ring came to me, my son had left to return to London. The ring was too small when he got the chance to try it on so we needed a bigger size. Although we were outside the return period, Commonlines agreed to refund us the cost of the ring and allow us to order a bigger size. Fantastic customer service!

Bad experience
Made an order on 03-12-2025. Received it 23-01-2026. Had to ask multiple times where the package was and mentioned everytime that I wanted the order to be canceled since it took too long. Suddenly after another e-mail from my part the order status changed. Furthermore, no active communication on their part and ignored my calls to cancel the order. Now have to pay for the return costs.
Besides this, the quality, looks and feel of the products as well as the packaging is cheap.
