Initially it was great. Quick delivery and good products. Unfortunately that’s the only positives. After returning a jersey by tracked post and being delivered on the 19th of December as stated by A Post, I have still not received a refund. After multiple emails (10+) I am still no closer to a resolution or my refund. All I keep getting is generic emails in response to my emails

Well,I made a purchase and there was a mistake in the shipping address,so quickly, I sent them a mail regarding the address correction and guess what?the responds was super fast and resolved.

I’ve haven’t taken the bracelets I bought from them in over a year and they still look just as good. I work outside and have broken three other bracelets this year from different companies but Common Lines bracelets still look just as good.

I came across this amazing brand on instagram and the pieces that they sell are beautiful I would highly recommend. I ordered a necklace and a bracelet and both got delivered fast and the packaging for the brand looks so well done. If your thinking of buying from commonlines 100% do it you won’t be disappointed.

Very happy with my experience with the customer service at Common Lines. I purchased a necklace with them over a year ago, and it sadly broke unexpectedly. I was concerned that as it had been a long time since my purchase it would be an issue, but Joanna at customer service quickly responded; corrected issue professionally and sent me a voucher at the price of the original to purchase another necklace at my leisure. Thank you again and will definitely be recommending them and purchasing from them again too.

Customers services with CL is fantatsic for starters but the quality of the jewellery from this brand is amazing.

Well I placed an order and they sent the wrong one but they made the process really easy and replied fast after sending them an email about it and they ended up shipping out the right one as a replacement. The jewelry is very durable and doesn’t tarnish or lose color. I have one of there necklaces for a year and it is still in amazing condition.
