I went to order one of their products and while they sold out after I had initially purchased the item, the support team was quick to help me.

I’ve been a customer for ages and really enjoy most of what Common Lines makes. The quality is top-notch, and if something goes wrong, they’re super supportive, offering compensation and helping you figure out what to do next. I had two issues with different chains, and each time, I received fantastic help!

Ich schreibe normalerweise niemals schlechte Bewertungen, aber in diesem Fall sehe ich mich gezwungen, andere zu warnen.

Ich habe bei Commonlines eine Kette bestellt und diese fristgerecht zurückgeschickt. Trotz klarer Rücksendung behauptet der Shop bis heute, die Ware sei nie angekommen. Statt mein Geld zurückzuerstatten, erhalte ich Mahnungen und sogar Drohungen mit Inkasso.

Für mich wirkt das Ganze wie ein Scam: Ware wird zurückgesendet, aber Rückerstattung erfolgt nicht – stattdessen Einschüchterung durch Zahlungsaufforderungen. Seriöses Geschäftsgebaren sieht definitiv anders aus.

Ich kann nur dringend raten: Finger weg von Commonlines! Wer hier bestellt, läuft Gefahr, sein Geld und seine Nerven zu verlieren.

Awful service. I ordered two products 15 days ago and haven’t received anything yet. They’re supposed to send it the next day but took them two weeks and now I won’t receive the products on time for a birthday present.

The quality of the Anchor ring is phenomenal and came quite quick considering the international transit. I contemplated a return due an initial sizing issue and Joanna was so kind and patient with me. Ultimately I ended up keeping the ring and am so glad I did!

The product was very well packaged, I was satisfied, it is the same as in the photo.

Package came safe and on time.
Love the necklace - perfect length and great quality.

Si vous habitez en France éviter de commander chez eux.
Commande effectuer il y a 1mois aucun colis et aucune solution de dédommagement. Il m’encourage seulement à régler ça avec la poste.

Had some trouble with local postal services while traveling, but Joanna was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. She stayed in touch, offered clear options, and made sure everything was sorted. In the end, I received my parcel without issues. Great service, really appreciated the care and communication!

Bought a CommonLines Elements bracelet online from Selfridges and was really happy with it.

Unfortunately after wearing it everyday for about 3 weeks it started to come undone from one side. I wasn’t sure if I should reach out to Selfridges or go directly to CommonLines. I thought it would be easier to go to CommonLines as it is their product and would probably want to know of any feedback. Let’s say I’m glad I did go directly to them. The customer service that I received was probably one of the best. All I did was send them proof purchase and a picture of the issue and they resolved it within days.

I was kept informed of what they were doing at every step.

Their customer responsive was responsive and efficient! Thanks again for your help

I love the brand’s vision, but the gold-plated pieces didn’t meet my expectations in terms of quality, which made the experience frustrating. That said, the team did replace the items in the end, which I appreciated. There’s potential, but room for improvement.

I have been looking for a cap with a good fit for a long time. I have ordered about 7 of them by now, but none of them fit as well as the one from Common Lines! I recommend it to everyone. You can tell that time has been spent on designing the right fit. I have contacted them several times via DM with questions, and they responded within 2 minutes, great!

Guys don’t spend your money on this brand because you will throw it away. my experience was as follows: my order could not be delivered to the address I had indicated, and without being notified and without having asked me for a new address the package was returned. I’m contacting the brand for a refund but their answers are vague and not clear. unfortunately I think I will never be refunded.

Order has not arrived that I placed the beginning of this month. It is still saying unfulfilled. Tried emailing to cancel as I now need to get from elsewhere for Christmas and had no response!
