Je suis très déçu pour l'instant car j'ai passé commande le 25 novembre pour un bijou qui devait mettre 4 à 5 jours à venir. Je n'ai eu aucun avis d'expédition et l'entreprise ne répond pas à mon mel ou à un message sur instagram.... Je suis inquiet car c'est un cadeau pour Noêl et j'ai peur que ce soit une arnaque....

Ordered a bracelet I had wanted for a while and when it arrived I was really disappointed. The item looks cheap and almost like plastic. Emailed Common Lines but didn't receive a reply.

Une excellente marque avec un service client exceptionnel ! J’avais commandé une bague et un bracelet, mais étant trop petit j’ai voulu renvoyer le colis. Le problème est que le colis est revenu chez moi par la poste. Ils m’ont donc proposé de garder le colis et m’ont offert un bon d’achat de la valeur de ma commande (+ 36euros pour les frais de livraison du premier colis qui est retourné chez moi)

Bought the cushion silver ring. Inside of the ring is hollow, the ring feels cheap and light. It hurts a bit when taking it out because it's hollow and has steep edges.
Cool design though !

I bought a necklace for 120 euros, hoping for a new addition to my collection. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but a disappointment. The stones and gems won't sit still on my neck; they keep flipping to the wrong side, making it completely unwearable. To make matters worse, I missed the refund window due to a vacation, so now I’m stuck with a piece of jewelry that I can't even use. It feels like I’ve thrown 120 euros down the drain.

They promise lifetime warranty on their products, saying it will never fade, however I bought a pearl bracelet and the pearls rubbed off to reveal cheap little plastic balls is what you pay for, which is fine however when I emailed them they said I had to pay £12.50 to ship a tiny little bracelet for a replacement, half the cost of the price I paid, and also got free shipping when I bought the first item, joke of a company I would avoid. İf I could upload pics of emails and photos of products I would.

I bought a necklace from there, because the pictures already looked very promising. After it arrived I was stunned on how detailed the necklace was. Every part of the charm had something on it, very fine and beautiful designs! After that I purchased a few more and I was always again fascinated on how beautiful and well they were made. The do have a good weight and seem very starke and they money. Unique and beautiful pieces, made very precisely and beautiful. I definitely plan on buying more jewelry from them :)
