I ordered many things for Christmas presents and something was wrong so I decided to contact Common Lines about it. After four days I still have not received a response. I should have received a set of Chain/Bracelet in the same style, but the bracelet has another design than the one promised on the website and compared to the chain of the same style (Belcher - Silver) there is a big difference. Another thing I noticed though, is that the chains do not have the silver (925) stamp on the item... that was disappointing.
I would have liked a quicker response as in other cases. Since it is a gift for Christmas I hope to hear from them soon. Other than that the other items I ordered are quite nice and of good material.

I ordered a Shellpearl necklace here as a gift for a friend, but something was wrong with it so I decided to contact Common Lines about it. I was... bedazzled to have a reply in 24 minutes. A solution was offered and within a week it was resolved. Very satisfied how my issue was solved!

I paid for my chain almost a week ago & still Havnt received any email or tracking/ order #. I’ve written to them and no response. I’m starting to think I got scammed for my money. I don’t recommend this fraudulent company to anyone. Took my money & never delivered any email or anything. Very displeased.

Delivery was perfect and simple. The pieces I bought are as I saw in the picture if not better in person. Definitely recommend common lines if you’re looking for pieces to wear.

I purchased a necklace and payed for express delivery - useless to say to this day nothing came and I texted them and no one replied - 5 days since the first email .
I also contacted them on instagram and they keep posting things but never replying .

The communication arrived after my initial bad review - they delivered today and the item met my expectations.

They might not be the most clear but at first sight it seems worth it ( can't really swear on the quality since it takes time to figure it out ) .

Beautiful jewellery and excellent customer service. I needed to amend my order and the guys were incredibly helpful and efficient. My order arrived in 2 days and I absolutely love what I bought - Pearl earrings and mini Franco silver bracelet. Exactly what I expected and more. Lovely packaging too. Great company to deal with.

superior quality I had a problem and the staff did not hesitate to solve it, the chains and necklaces are a bit expensive but excellent quality, it does not go unnoticed

Had an issue with the delivery (postman said my package had been delivered but it was not) and common lines client support was super comprehensive and helpful.

They sent me a new necklace and dealt with the post issue

Great customer support, miles better than most support out there nowadays. Had a few complications due to supply crisis, but was handled very quickly and well by the team. The ring itself (eternity ring viola) is absolutely stunning, looks and feels like quality and beauty! Would definitely recommend!
