Great experience! Bought a earring which unfortunately broke, But i wrote customer service and had a new one with in 2 days. great service, and a very stylish product also.

Ordered for the first time and it will definitely not be the last! Chain is really nice, as well as the small packaging. Best thing is the fast delivery. It only took 22 hours for the package to arrive here in Germany. Just WOW.

Had a problem with my first order which was out of their control (FedEx issue), however I emailed them and they resolved it immediately and went above and beyond my expectations which I was amazed with, amazing customer service. 2nd order arrived the following day and both pieces are amazing. I couldn’t be happier. One suggestion would be to offer a longer size in the necklaces (classic pearls and pendants).

The pictures that common lines uses are misleading. Also the quality price ratio is horrible u pay way too much for not enough quality and service. I must say that commonlines service and returning process is horrible. On a first note the express delivery was 5 days late, plus the tracking and communication was horrible. They also don’t reply to your email’s and messages. Overall horrible brand and service wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

Amazing quality products, they are beautiful. Had a problem with the delivery courier not able to find address but contacted Commonlines and they responded straight away and sorted it so fast got my delivery straight after. Thank you so much!

Very satisfied. The team of commonlines adjusted the sizing to my wishes, despite the chains are onesize. No extra cost, just pure service + fast delivery. Very solid material that does not fade.

The products arrived in a timely manner and the packaging was very good unfortunately the earrings were of a sub standard quality (1 couldn't even be opened). I emailed the company twice (once through there website and the 2nd from my email account) and needless to say I heard nothing from them so there customer service in non existent. I wouldn't order from this company again.
