First i spoke to Helena at Safe and Secure who reassured me that they could help m with the ibsurance renewal notice i had received was diuble last years, for no personal reason and then i spoke to Jason who was brilliant, assuring me that he could sort it, which he did. Was looking for home insurance and came accross compare home insurance,s website,registered an interest in using their service to find home insurance and within 10 mins Beth rang me and we went through the process as you have to with home insurance then she found the most suitable insurance at the best price,absolutely brilliant personal service which I much prefer to the hard slog of trawling comparison sites.Beth was excellent,knowledgable,efficient and pleasant with the added bonus of saving me over £65 on my renewal quote.All in all a seamless pleasant experience which is sadly missing all to often these days,fantastic.
