The sales rep was very good
The sales rep was very good, I was informed that I need to provide 30 days notice to my previous provider. However by the end of my phone call with the sales rep, my internet was disconnected; the new provider was unable to assist with the new connection which took the entire evening, despite my modem was unlocked. Subsequently I was told i need a new modem, but the one I was advised to purchase cost between $5-$600 by the new provider. In the end I went back to my previous provider and was back online within 1 hr this morning. .

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, and I'm sorry your switch didn't go as planned.
We reviewed the call and can confirm the correct transfer date was captured, but a processing error caused the disconnection to take effect immediately instead. That was our mistake, and we're sorry for the disruption it caused.
On the modem: compatibility and setup vary between hardware, so it's hard to predict whether it'll be plug-and-play or more involved. That should have been explained clearly on the call, and it wasn't.
We're glad you got back online quickly with your previous provider. We'll use this to tighten up both our transfer process and how we set expectations on modem compatibility going forward.

Cheyanne made the process as simple as could be. It took some time to swap over broadband, gas and electricity, but she talked me through all the options, made some calculations to re-assure me and was very diligent in her approach. Thanks so much for great customer service.

My connection is still not working…
My connection is still not working after joining with your network so I rang your helpline who are apparently sending out a technician within the next 24 hours!
However when I initially joined up the operator was very polite and helpful but our phone calls kept getting cut off at least three times!
