Thank you so much, I am new in the property market. I was able to find a reliable solicitor. I was recommended 3-4 law firms who contacted me with good customer service and each provided me with a quote. I was able to choose appropriately. The process was very fast and easy.

A good service but did not provide local services

Found a great independent agent that I wouldn’t have found otherwise. Their rates were well below high street agencies and the service was much better!

They turned up late, no call to say they was running late.
I did a mutual exchange, and most of my stuff is still at the old address, not sure now if I can get it back probably not.
I paid a lot of money to this company, and I found out after that they bought back the other persons, sofa in the van back to property I was moving out of. I wished I’d have found another company.
I can’t find half of my things either that I’m looking for as everything is all over the place. It’s a nightmare I’m very unhappy with it all.

Calling from companies is RELENTLESS and quite off putting!

I’ve had to block all their calls because it was non stop for days!

I’m not sure why they don’t just display the prices - essentially you end up having to call all the companies to get a quote anyway.

A nuisance and a complete waste of time.

Would give it a zero if I could.

Glorified mailing list that sent my details to a dozen who companies who then spammed me with calls, texts and emails over the next week. Masquerades itself as a comparison site but no prices are on the website, only “local movers” and an arbitrary rating. Avoid avoid avoid.

Literally the dream team. Outstanding team, work ethic and service.

I was asked to enter my phone number and email address, and the next minute, I received a barrage of calls from over 15 different companies, harrassing me and persuading me to choose them. Such an unpleasant experience. Furthermore, I am now unable to delete my account or remove my personal details from the website. I am never recommending this website to anyone. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM COMPARE MY MOVE!!! I cannot stress this enough.

a very bad criterion for sorting leads. they only check if the contact details are good, not if a client has checked and from the first call they start cursing you that they don't actually want to hear about the moves. and that's how they eat money with their crappy policy

Despite I entered all details ie addresses, dates and the estimated volume of packages, I received no quotes I can compare, but million calls, texts, emails from moving companies. For each of them I had to explain what and when I am moving. No time saving at all.

It is so good you can do a comparison of prices for services and I did find it really useful.
However, the amount of contact afterwards when I have chosen who I want to use is annoying. I got email after email from some companies despite me saying I was using someone else.

Just got my information passed on to several moving companies, that then called/messaged/emailed/Whats Apped me several times.

Thought this was more like Compare the Market, where you get actual costs. Pretty disappointed & irritating.

I was contacted by 3 firms immediately. The one I've selected is yet to move me. so cannot comment on their service yet.

I lot of effort to just get recommended AnyVan.

Simple to use site, good down selection of small number of firms that fully met requirements.

I thought this would be a price comparison site. Instead its a place where you put your details in and they get sent onto 3rd parties to contact / pester you. Don't expect to get a price and expect constant spam.

Great service, Steven was very kind and even gave us a follow up call to make sure we were ok with the report and if we had any questions at all.
