The lads from HD3 removals could not have been more helpful, would definitely recommend this company. The quote was very good also.

Didn't work well for us.
We've previously had experience with the solar panel and heat pump indistries. They seemed to be populated with salespeople who had shunted from the double glazing and loft insulation industries who were chasing the work. We used this site looking for a snagger - it felt like the same experience. I don't want someone acting as an intermediary, farming out the work to a list of contacts and taking a cut. I want to contact the actual people doing the job.

NO IMMEDIATE RESULTS
I was quite disappointed that instead of immediate, on the screen offers you need to wait for conveyancers to send you a quote in an email, which means that all of a sudden you became the product. Obviously, your data was sold to all those companies, and you were misled by the webpage that promises IMMEDIATE comparison results.
The other problem is that instead of the local offers you have been promised, you get quotes from big, national conveyancers that I intended to avoid as had had a bad experience with PLS solicitors earlier.
However, this quote made me realise how the referral fee from conveyancers are actually paid by the client himself, as the very same conveyancing company came up with an offer of £500 less if I instructed them directly, and not through the Purplebricks webpage.

As on screen prices would be unreliable, our partners must learn more about the specific requirements of each house sale/purchase in order to offer their bespoke quotes and further assistance.
