Compass Self Storage Reviews

Always GREAT Service from Malika & her Team!

Josh was fantastic! Very professional, mindful of your time, efficient.
The site is great. Clean and safe, very accessible.

Love Em! I was in a pinch with time and at my wits end. Rick and Anne help me talk through the situation, gave me options to think about, and were nothing but kind, polite, and professional.
After I had the Uhaul, I could maneuver in the storage space to get to my unit and when I had an issue with Uhaul they put their 2 cents in on my behalf. Couldn’t ask for more.

Very pleased with service and staff! Very considerate with my account! Thanks

The customer service is always on point. Amber made my moving experience as seamless and painless as possible. I am glad that they are close by, clean, and trustworthy.

Your prices were the lowest I found. The units were clean and the staff was more than exceptionable. It was a really great experience. Thank you.

Great service & attention to details. Very informative.

Chose for good price and close to where needed, however found out when booking that the price was only based upon a donation I make to a 3rd company per the property managers request, otherwise the online price would not have stood. Also disappointed that established pricing has such a short window of being that price instead of for a year as with most storage places. Will have to look for another location after a few months which is obnoxious but might be a better choice.
