John Ross - IT band issues
Struggled for 6-7 months with really bad IT band issues, saw multiple physios and could never get back to running. John was incredible, gave me a clear plan and managed to get me back to running and fit enough to complete an Ironman 5 months later. Cannot thank him and recommend him enough!

Matthew Kent, thoroughly recommended
I recently saw Matthew Kent about my Achilles, which had become painful and inflamed. He was extremely thorough, took the time to fully assess the problem, and explained everything clearly. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and he gave me practical, realistic advice on how I can continue exercising in a sustainable way while protecting my long-term health. I left the appointment feeling much more confident about managing my condition, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I had a very satisfactory experience with Francesco in 2023 and again with my current shoulder issue I feel he has diagnosed the situation well and the day after my appointment he already arranged the first treatment session for me. I really appreciated the swift action. Also compared to NZ, having the scanning and shockwave equipment on hand has made a huge difference.
