Very good at responding to problems. I’ll be transparent and say there were a few issues at the start that required a bit of back and forth to get resolved, but ultimately these guys are pretty good. I feel assured as a tenant that issues will be dealt with in a timely manner, and there is a decent line of communication with us.

The completion team are very friendly going above and beyond to provide the best service, bridging the gap between the landlord and tenants. Really top notch service! And a special shout out to Harris for the support offered during the moving process!
