Switches and keyboard accessories are very reasonably priced for a retailer in the UK

I bought some cheap key switches a yellow Gatreon milky switch and a Gatreon smoothie switch waiting till it comes but a pleasant transaction

I ordered a keyboard chassis from Computer Orbit, and the shipping was really quick - within 24 hours, despite not paying any extra for shipping! Arrived in great condition, but I was having some issues with some of the keys not quite working.

I contacted support over email, and they replied quickly, and got straight to work with troubleshooting. Another member of the team picked up the enquiry and wrote some instructions (even drew a diagram!) That helped me to take the keyboard apart, spot the issue and have it fixed within 20 minutes.

TL:DR, This company is an excellent all round.

Jumped straight onto Live Chat with a broken component, under manufacturer warranty.

Computer Orbit support knew exactly what I was talking about straight away and shared their experience with fixing the product - instead of just wasting time on returning and posting.

Final result: my component is operational; no time wasted in shipping; all chats saved for future support calls; I get to use my product straight away!

Even though I missed the cut off for next day delivery + I paid for the cheapest delivery option of 2 working days, my graphics card came in LESS THAN 24 HOURS! Incredibly grateful for the amazing service.

Great cheap delivery, surprised that they offer single switches, not like many other brands who sells a minimum of 10 in a bags. Although they were the cheapest they are absolutely amazing.

One item of a box of three was faulty, was replaced immediately - the replacement was faulty when it arrived (manufacturer design fault so no fault of Computer Orbit), they sent another one, but tested before sending it so as to not cause me more delays (after confirming I did not mind the item being opened) - so now my PC is fully up and running.

Kudos to Ollie and Jack for their great comms and customer service (I used to be a Customer Relationships Manager so know excellent service is key to any business) - can the bosses give them a little bonus as a thank you, I am happy to send the money in to cover it :)

I tend to buy my PC bits from the cheapest decent supplier, but I will use these guys as a priority in future.....

Ordered a pc case with glass panels and asked for a double box cuz it had to delivered in Greece.They double boxed it and send it really fast! Highly recommended
