I ordered a PC case with worldwide shipping. Even tho it said it was eligible for my country and i checked all the requirements, my package is not being sent out and i am not sure if i can get a refund.

Great customer service after what I thought was potentially going to turn into a negative experience, and not really on Computer Orbits part, but a 3rd party in the chain.
Ollie from the team was very attentive in following up as promised to his word, which goes a long way today, especially with online retailers and difficulties with follow up support.
Everything worked out in the end and I have no hesitations in returning to Computer Orbit and recommending them.

Bought a keyboard and when it came some of the LEDs didnt work sadly. Computer Orbit replaced it with no fuss and sent me back a fully working one, very happy with their fast service and will 100% be using them again. 5/5.

I ordered a motherboard for my daughters birthday gift, when opened we noticed there was a bent pin, we emailed and straight away received a response that it is impossible to have arrived that way and is our fault, we were offered a paid repair service for the motherboard and we’re met with quite rude responses when we stated that we had only just bought and received the item and didn’t think it was fair to be asked to pay for a repair on a genuinely faulty item. I will be purchasing from else where so that I can check the item before parting with my money.
Please be aware that if you received a faulty item you will be asked to pay for repairs.

I wanted some keycaps for a Keychron KB, they had them cheaper and faster than the Keychron store.
It was a Saturday afternoon, so even though I wanted them ASAP, I realised they wouldn't be sent off until Monday, but hoped with next day DPD they would arrive Tuesday, being in a bit of a rush (and being a lot of a plonker), I managed to select standard delivery when I paid. (Doh),
Popped them an email explaining my mistake and asking to amend delivery, I got a friendly email back immediately, issue resolved. Then got a further email advising me they managed to get them wrapped up for today's DPD collection. They had certainly had their Weeetabix
So I have no hesitation in recommending Computer Orbit.

I had an initial issue with my newest PC build and assumed it was the GPU I bought from this company and tried to return it. They did thorough testing and emailed me footage of the testing, concluding there was nothing wrong. Turns out it was a defective motherboard I also bought from them (whoops) but they were able to both ship back the working GPU as well as swiftly ship me a replacement motherboard even though it had been a few weeks since purchase and I only had to pay for the GPU shipment back. The level of testing, prices, knowledgable staff, friendly fast email communications and fast processing of orders is actually unbeatable compared to other popular online retailers who wouldn't even bother with most of that. Will definitely continue to buy from them :)

Came in to purchase a Xbox lead but forgot I didn’t have Apple Pay on my iPhone I told them that, and the manager came over and gave me the cable for free as we had came from another city on the way up. very good customer service great store overall 👍

Despite buying PC parts for years I never really came across this store before, I did as this time I was looking for keyboard switches which are more peculiar and rare to find in classic online retailers.

I have ordered a few sample switches and stabilisers for my keyboard built, it was dispatched and delivered swiftly; gladly the items were in a protective cardboard box and then again inside plastic bags, excellent protection to safegard pins / structure of stabs.

As soon as I decide which switch to pick I will buy from!

Order a custom mechanical keyboard from them and the service I received was excellent. I had to contact the customer service team to resolve a minor mix-up with one of the parts in my custom order and the customer service team, especially Ollie who dealt with my issue, was excellent. They arranged a really quick solution to return my item and get it swapped out with the correct part and kept me in the loop of what was going on the whole way. This was especially reassuring considering that this was a Christmas gift so there was some time sensitivity to it. How problems are dealt with by a company is a great reflection of their overall quality and I think that this experience have shown that Computer Orbit are an excellent company. I will be shopping with them again.
