I still haven’t received nothing no email no calls like I paid good money wats going on where is my order? And you guys charged me for first class shipping

I placed my order October 2nd... I placed a review because I hadn’t received tracking information. We’re the 19th and I still received nothing!!! They told me I couldn’t get a refund. Do not buy from this company. $64.00 and nothing!

Ordered conceive plus pills for 132$ 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received them and they can’t seem to tell me where they are just tell me the same thing everyday and horrible customer service seems like everyone who orders from this site doesn’t get what they paid for they say my order was 11 days ago when I got proof a picture I screened shot from the real conceive plus website saying completed 2 weeks ago never will order from this site again

UPDATE: received only 3 items of my order because she went ahead and shipped the items that was ready out and said she will ship the other out when it’s ready cause she said ovulation support takes 10-14 business days and it’s been longer then a month still haven’t received the ovulation support so idk when I’ll get it......

I was highly excited to start my journey on becoming pregnant when I ordered from Conceive Plus nearly a Month ago it’s been 3 weeks and there’s no status on my product or shipping, but one thing for certain Me or my Spouse are not as happy as we were when ordering this is by far the worst customer service & company that I’ve ever ordered from how can you guys have families hopes up then let us down‼️

My pills came on time. It helped regulate my cycles the first Moneybagg I took them it made my cycle 7 days late so now I will see what next month is looking like !

Didn't receive my order and I payed 167 dollars . And I can't get in contact with any one from the company . Also the customer service representative that responded to my message was not professional

Ordered this product almost 4 weeks ago and haven’t received it yet. This was a gift for a friend of mine and the event is over. They will not refund me. How you cause this issue and want to tell me about your policy?

I ordered July 4th and STILL have not received my $64.00 package. I have contacted customer service multiple times and I get the most generic response as to why my package has not arrived! I feel like I’m getting scammed...no real company would allow their customers go through this with no updates! Tacky to say the least!

Update: thank you for your response. I contacted you all multiple times and as I said previously it was a generic response that’s why I felt the need to post on here. I did receive my package finally today August 8th. Hopefully in the future your company can avoid these type of issues with other customers. Good day!

If I could give a 0 stars I would. I placed my order on July 10th and I have not yet received it or even a courtesy update. I am cancelling my whole order for a full refund and hoping the refund process is expedited. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. A total waste of time and money.

Gm i ordered the fertility pills on the 16th of July and its about to be another month and i still haven't gotten a email stating that my items have been shipped.

First time user and been trying to get pregnant for few years and had possibly but never made it... hoping this is a miracle like everyone making it seem.

Website was easy to use and order from. I will update my review once I receive my products.

Update: It's been two weeks since I placed my order and the item still hasn't shipped. That's pretty disappointing, however I am not going to knock down the rating for that. I will update once I receive the product.
