Fabulous quality windows and door which has transformed our house. Josh, Dan and Charlie who carried out the work were hard working and meticulous with their workmanship. As an architect its always been my policy to support good small family run companies in the construction industry that deliver as promised and Concept Glazing is one such company.
From initial contacts with Aimie to the on site survey and installation by Jake and his guys the process has been professional in a very friendly and helpful manner.
Concept Glazing installed a new porch front door with glazed screens and included the installation of a parcel drop box which I had purchased from “Iloveparcels”. Jake’s price was fair and the installation was neat and tidy, rubbish removed, completed on time and looks great.
Overall the quality of materials and workmanship was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending Concept Glazing for any such future projects.

Windows and doors were completely guided by me with no pressure to spend on the higher side which I really appreciated. Jake offered guidence and expertise where needed.

Jake and his team installed the majority of my windows whilst I was on holiday, and I felt completely at ease with this.

Jake was really accommodating with some timescales that needed changing around due to my bathroom being fitted at the same time. So flexible. I came back to beautiful windows and no signs they had even been there (My door was completed before I left)

I do not normally give 5 star ratings but have no hesitation in doing so for Jake and his team. From the moment he came to our house to discuss and show options for our thatched cottage, he could not have been more helpful. The fitting was done with minimal fuss and each day always ended with everything been cleaned and tidied away. As to the final product, we are absolutely delighted. The attention to detail and finish is excellent. Highly recommended.

Jake and the team at Concept were first-class from start to finish. We were having the whole of our house fitted with new doors and windows so we shopped around to get a fair price and compare the different companies locally.

Right from the initial meeting, Jake was really personable, highly knowledgable and provided good, honest advice about the process. Jake was very consultative, providing help where required and good recommendations. The key part for us was that Jake actually listened to what we needed and genuinely cared about getting the job done the right way for us.

We were delighted with Concept Glazing from start to finish. As well as giving us an idea of what each window would look like on his iPad, rather than just giving us brochures, Jake was the only company to bring a mock-up window for us to look at. This was one of the reasons that we chose to go with them, as well as knowing that Jake would be installing the windows himself, with his partner, Josh, rather than handing this over to someone else. We also took our time deciding who to go with, as we had twenty four windows and two doors, in a thatched cottage, to be replaced.
From the start, both Jake and Josh were very polite and always arrived on time. Their workmanship was excellent and they left the house spotless at the end of each day.
