Such a hardworking, transparent and courteous team. Jake and Aimee kept me informed every step of the way of the project and have been very accommodating throughout the project. I was able to trust them with my (then unoccupied) house and they completed the installation of several windows and two doors (front and back) without fuss and left the house immaculate. Jake took his time guiding/advising of all the options during consultation and drew up some great designs for me to consider. Unable to see the finished work straight away, videos and images were sent during and after completion and the only surprise was how outstanding it looked. Jake took care of everything. Such a transformation. When seeing in real life, the quality of the result was undeniable.

Glad I was able to support a local company in Bournemouth as opposed to the pushy "major" companies like Everest. Will definetly be calling on them again if needed and I cannot speak highly enough of the Concept Glazing Team. Thoroughly recommend.

We are really glad we went with Concept Glazing, having had many quotes from different companies for replacing our front door. Jake was helpful and professional from the start - it is reassuring that he is the person that visits to provide the quote, measure up, and he is the person that fits the door. There was no pushy sales pitch - just honest advice.

Concept Windows - Jake was brilliant from our first meeting nothing was too much trouble, we had our bathroom / landing bay window replaced a a bedroom window.

The quote was very detailed and all drawn up on software so you could see exactly what you were getting.

Price was reasonable but also the way Jake was swung it for me I could tell he wanted everything to be just right.

Day of installation they were very tidy and efficient, the install went well apart from the manufacturer sending obscure glass on landing rather than clear, but Jake and Josh informed me of the error when they arrived and stated they would be back to swap it out as soon as the reordered glass had arrived.

True to their word they came back 2 days after the glass had arrived to swap it out, and also did a great job of adding some trims to the inside under the windows to tidy the walls up etc

Would throughly recommend them and will be using them again for any of our future window and door replacements

Excellent workmanship and great after sales service support. Responded very quickly to resolve a small issue that occurred with a glazed door fitting. Very friendly and determined to do a perfect job. Highly recommend them.
