I had a disappointing customer experience. I requested a return just one day after receiving the product and was even willing to cover the return shipping costs. However, my emails went unanswered. The product did not meet my expectations and remains unused in its original packaging. At the very least, I wanted to share my experience to help others understand the service level they can expect from this shopping platform.

The company doesnot have a good customer service. They are practically unreachable. You can contact only through whatapp. Which they will reply on their own sweet time. Don't reply to mails. Have autobots message in whatapp. I purchased a Garmin watch . It arrived as a non-working piece. From the moment of unboxing , atleast 10 times through diffrent social platforms I tried contacting and trying exchange,,no-one took seriously till I posted a facebook review . They arranged a pick up of defective product and I am awaiting exchange.My review is based on experience and for me any company that doesnot want to even communicate or has no open means of communication, how can it be trusted. Zero marks for service. It's only Luck factor if you received a working product. If you didnt then they expect you to keep breaking you head and stress , since the ball in in your court,it becomes your issue. In this era of Amazon and Flipkart and many other online market, I have never seen such bad service . I Don't trust their intentions and services. I cannot simply forget their callous attitude .I repent having purchased and wasted my hard earned money with product from their company. Let's see if they finally ship me a working product in exchange or refund me my money

Placed my order 6 days ago they send me a tracking address for the order and it's show that the order is not shipped.concept kart stopped responding to my enquiries and they don't even know where my order is

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, EVER!

I GOT A DAMAGED ZNA - AND AFTER REACHING CONCEPT KART 10 TIMES, THEY RETURNED IT.
THEY PROMISED AN EXCHANGE - BUT THEY AGAIN SHIPPED THE VERY SAME DEFECTIVE IEM THAT I SHIPPED BACK!!!!!

Customer service was absolutely top notch, best I've ever seen in retail audio so far.

I was able to test out various IEMs until I was sure I was buying the right one, and they helped throughout the entire process by actively helping narrow down choices according to my own stated sound preferences.

They carry a wide range of IEMs, DAPs and accessories, and they're knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to choosing the correct one for you.

10/10, would recommend anytime.

I have ordered a wired earphone from them on 17th July 23 for 529rs.It was delivered by 23 July 23, which felt substandard right from the packing. It is packed in a Chinese scribbled packing, cheap case. The earphones are barely wrapped in a plastic cover. Moreover 4 days later the earphones only works with my phone and not with my laptops and amplifier. While I got in touch with them they say that since it works with my phone. It was my laptops and amplifier that are defective. But rest of my earphones works well with my laptops and phone. From them when ever I try to ask them for a return. They simply ask me to clean the 3.5mm jack and try again. And would not create a return. Finally they stopped replying me. Pls don't order from conceptkart they don't take return.

These guys have quite a unique product lineup. Customer support is fantastic and delivery is super fast as well.
