This was the worst experience I've had with any garage. When collecting my car from them I was absolutely shocked to see a huge gash in my front bumper. They made no explanation to how this happened and seemed very unconcerned. Was told there would be an investigation into why this happened and even after a month had heard nothing. This is how they treat customers ? Spoke to someone in head office who was extremely arrogant and unsympathetic to the situation. Been invided to see the CCTV at head office but still waiting for the date and time seems like there trying to put it off, Court case pending, Absolute cowboys and they do not deserve to be in business. Make sure you read other people's reviews first before going to this place I wish I did. In reply to the comment below from Hayley Frost , yes it's "great I can see the footage" but you still havnt given me a date or time? This is what i am waiting for.

Very dissapointed.Boooked tyre fitting a week in advance only to be told on the day that the tyres had not arrived.These are common tyres for an astra.I was told that the tyres may be ready in four days time but maybe not.This is not the service I expect from a 'tyre and exhaust centre' .When I asked for my money back I was told the problem had to go to head office.Very unsatisfactory result. 0/10

Had a booking for MOT and service which I was told would take 2 and a half hours unfortunately it was 5 and a half hours the staff and work done was excellent couldn't fault any of that but would recommend they stick to times given as no extra work was carried out.

I am completely disgusted with how I have been treated by Concorde and will never return. I booked in for two new tyres and paid for this at the time of the booking which was £135.60 I got a phone call a day before saying they didn’t have time to do it on the day I booked so could I do another day. I said no so they said still go and they will squeeze me in. I went as planned and the guy fitting the tyres asked me for the lock and wheel nut which I gave him and he told me to go back in an hour. I went back and the car hadn’t been touched, he told me that I needed a different lock and wheel nut for each tyre. After waiting an hour with a six month old baby for nothing I was beyond annouyed and went home. I got home and took every tyre off no problem at all. After all of this I was told they couldn’t give me a refund until the following Monday due to the back office needing the details. I rang back Monday they told me to wait 14 days for it to refund. 14 days went by no refund, I called back and was told I would get a phone call back the next day, didn’t get a call back. Again I called back and asked for the refund, I did this four times and three months later to today.... I still have NO REFUND!!!!!!
Concorde have £135 of my money which I will be taking them to the small claims court for. Speak soon!!!!

Said it would take 1 hour to fit a starter motor 4 hours later still not done, on top of this upselling work that do not need doing.

Excellent service, I'm more than happy and confident leaving my car to be serviced etc. in the safe & knowledgeable hands of the staff at the Peterborough centre. Always friendly & helpful.

Ordered tyres they said they had in stock, they weren’t. Tried to palm me off with more expensive ones having kept me waiting for days. Asked for refund, said they would do it, they didn’t. 2 months later still no refund. Chased again, told a manager would have to deal with it. Promised call back next day. Yes, you guessed it, no call no money. Going for refund from credit card company as I’m giving up. Draw your own opinion.

Very friendly helpful staff. My car was booked in for a MOT, they said it would take about a hour & sure enough it was. They also gave me a rough idea how much a service would be with Concorde if I chose to book my vehicle with them next time & it was very competitive.

Clean waiting room, Friendly Staff, Viewing area for MOT / Garage. Will Visit again. Thank You.
