Service and MOT of Nissan

Very good on time, professional mannered and gave good advisory info on the suspension

Had a £10 MOT and pleased it passed first time. Great professional service.

Not much to say. They do great work. Always very friendly and helpful.

Tyres ordered and fitted following day,reasonable price,good fitting service,friendly staff

The van did everything they said it would and the staff were very helpfull

I really like how the service is organised and everything was explained clearly by the reception staff.

I recommend Concorde Auto Centres to all. Excellent customer service, care, and attention, and excellent prices for servicing, MOT, and replacement parts. A big thank you to the Norwich branch, and for the personal touch from start to finish.

Good customer service and staff were polite and helpful.
Only criticisms I have are that the waiting area has no vending facilities of either water or hot drinks.
Also when they quoted for repairs after MOT they didn’t give enough options.
I would also suggest that they look into offering interest free repayment options for repairs like their competitors do.

They were reasonably priced and everything was done smoothly. My husband will be using them again.

3 hours these spent on my vehicle in which they could not find the problem, was then told it could be multiple issuses so best advice was to scrap the vehicle.i use this as a works van so was a big loss. I got my friend to look at it for a second opinio, within an hour he had fifxed it by chaging the fuel filter. Concords technicians could find this (useless) so anither £120. Spent with my mate and it now had been working for 3 weeks and running perfectly
replay is a lie as I had to pay the £120 so I could have a working van because your technicians couldn't find the fault after me paying 150

I went to the Norwich for vehicle hire. Made the booking was advised to arrive 10mins before booking only to find they wasnt open til actual bookig timeand they was late.

Vehicle was really nice, brand new and all instructions given. No complaints there.

But where they really made me upset is trying to get my refund for my deposit. Not only didnt they return my deposit by the agreed time given by there own terms and conditions, they still didnt return it after 3 days of correspondence. They wouldnt even give me an explanation as to why they had failed to reurn my deposit after the returned agreement as laid down by them.

I can not fault the vehicle in which I hired but there customer service leaves something to be desired. Managed to get refund back by contacting the local branch.

Be mindful if hiring a vehicle from these as you may have trouble getting your deposit back.

I was welcomed by the staff when i went to enquire about prices for work done. I had shopped around for prices before hand so was pleasantly surprised at how competitive they were on prices.

From the moment I called to enquire about a service and MOT to the time that I picked the car up after it’s Service and MOT, The customer service was excellent, very friendly staff, very fast and officiant service, they kept me informed via phone at different stages throughout the work that I was having done, outstanding value for money, I started recommending Concorde to other people the same day that my car had been worked on!
