We've had ConnecTen for about 10 months now and it has worked flawlessly for us. We've traveled all over the U.S... no matter where we go, we've experienced excellent internet performance. Even on some very remote highways! The very few times we had a problem, ConnecTen's customer service response was fast and effective. In addition, I'm hard of hearing and have always been able to understand clearly whoever I'm talking to on the phone. Thanks, ConnecTen!

We live off grid in the middle of nowhere and connecten internet has worked fantastic. If someone is off grid like us and hesitant about what internet to get, I definitely recommend this company. I've only had 1 time that I had to get ahold of customer service and when I did it was through there live chat and the issue was resolved immediately. I was very surprised and happy at how quick and easy dealing with them was. 5 stars for sure!

router problem was fixed in short in no time. system is working fine. the person on the phone(Rochel ?)was very polite and she found a solution to my problem.

Everyone has been a pleasure to work with.

Told about #6 antenna not working and as of this date 10/27/25 still haven't heard anything from anyone.

Edit: received email from trustpilot and they sent following email:

Lisa, everything seems to be okay on our end. I don't think the antenna is affecting the connection that much. Verizon is the best network in the area so you should be good. If you still want to replace the antenna, you can order one for $10.

It has been brought to my attention that you are still having troubles with your unit....In our last correspondence with you, we let you know that we checked your unit, and switched you to Verizon to see if it would help....we also mentioned replacing the antenna and we did not hear back from you....

I sent email back asking why I needed to pay for an antenna I didn't break?

Response back was a copy of their supposed response to this review. Claimed they have tried multiple times to call me and that is a lie, a bold faced lie at that. My phone has NEVER rang with a call from them EVER!!!

As previously noted, I received a rapid request response, accompanied by a highly competent and timely resolution.

We live full time in our RV and we have had Connecten for our internet for two years. It has been spectacular. We have been all over the country and honestly, have never had a connection issue. If we end up in an area and have a slow connection, we just call the customer service number and they have us up and running in no time at all. We highly recommend this company.

After much research, we decided to use connect ten as our mobile internet when traveling across the country, living full time in our motorhome. It never failed to give us a great signal, and we were in some pretty remote areas.

Good service. After having some issues, their support staff responded with a solution.

We use ConnecTen in our RV. We had tried a number of other providers over the past few years but we’re never satisfied with our Internet connection.

We are extremely pleased with ConnecTen. The services worked very well for us as we have traveled across the US.

If there ever is an occasion where we arrived at a new locution and had slow Internet service, we were able to call tech-support and they were able to re-scan for better service.

The tech-support staff is very friendly and very responsive.

I love the fact that they have a great customer support couple of times that I've had a small issue. They take care of it immediately they're very pleasant to deal with & keep working on your issue untill it's working 100%. I've had several Internet companies over the years. Connecten is very responsive in changing service as I travel to different locations.

The current purchase is the ongoing purchase.
Since we got our new box a couple months ago everything is great. I think we have only had to reset one time and we move all the time.
We love the customer service and the ease of everything. We would recommend to everyone!
