Just not enough interest in their customers. Good concept…poor technical experience. As much as I’m not fond of Starlink…it’s a far superior service for my needs. Won’t work for everyone because it requires open sky’s for service. But far more reliable then ConnecTen if you have open sky’s in your favor. ConnecTen modem technology is serious lacking.

I'm a full-time RV'r. Connecten is so easy and convenient. They do a diagnostic check on my system every time I change campgrounds to make sure I'm connected to the best source. Always friendly service. Any time of the day or night. I'm really a HAPPY CAMPER!!

I turn my service off and on as needed. Very easy to do.

I am very happy with connecten internet. When we have a problem with our internet they take care of it. The problem I have is with AT&T internet from connecten it is very slow at times reminds me of dial up internet when we had it.

Things just seem to work. When they don’t they get fixed quickly. That’s all I ask for.

We have been using ConnecTen for about 10 months and it works very well for us. Any time we have speed issues, an online chat is all it takes to get us back up to speed. I highly recommend ConnecTen for your internet/streaming service.

It's quite simple. Connecten Internet is ALWAYS up and running. It's my 3rd year and I've never had a problem. LOVE IT!!!

We are currently completing an RV trip through the mid-southern states. We stayed mostly in rural campgrounds within 30 miles of a sizable city. Service was always available although in some instances with noticeable delays. In only a few instances we chose to use the CG wifi.

The speed was pretty good
(I received 110down)
But want I needed it the most
It worked perfectly
I'm using there $49 plan
Only for backup
Wen my starlink goas down
And it happens often
In the bed weather here

We've had ConnecTen for about 10 months now and it has worked flawlessly for us. We've traveled all over the U.S... no matter where we go, we've experienced excellent internet performance. Even on some very remote highways! The very few times we had a problem, ConnecTen's customer service response was fast and effective. In addition, I'm hard of hearing and have always been able to understand clearly whoever I'm talking to on the phone. Thanks, ConnecTen!

We live off grid in the middle of nowhere and connecten internet has worked fantastic. If someone is off grid like us and hesitant about what internet to get, I definitely recommend this company. I've only had 1 time that I had to get ahold of customer service and when I did it was through there live chat and the issue was resolved immediately. I was very surprised and happy at how quick and easy dealing with them was. 5 stars for sure!
