As an extension to our product range, we also supply a wide selection of Daily Living Aids, many of which are manufactured in the UK. The name Connevans is derived from its founders Connie and Meurig Evans who started the company in 1961. Today Connevans is run by their son David and granddaughter Laura. There are a number of other family connections within the company, such as a Mother & Daughter and a God-father & God-daughter and we have to mention the occasional 'office dogs' like Pixel & Tara! With Connevans it is not just business, it's family, just one of the many reasons why we pride ourselves on a very high level of customer service. We are delighted with the kind comments we receive on Trustpilot and if a member of our staff is mentioned by name, we always tell them and thank them.

We purchased ‘Sonic shaker travel alarm…
We purchased ‘Sonic shaker travel alarm clock’ on recommendation from our consultant.
It was bought for my daughter as she can no longer hear me without wearing her hearing aids.
Waking her up has been tricky for her but now thanks to her new alarm clock it’s been a much more positive experience with being woken up.
We used an express delivery as it was needed quickly for my daughter to take on a camping trip with her Duke of Edinburgh team.
It arrived quick & nicely packaged!
It was a great addition to her backpack!
We would definitely recommend this product.

Excellent customer service
Bought a TV to hearing aids Oticon transmitter from them. Good price and delivered quickly. A little tricky to set up - even though I'm pretty good with tech. After internet searches I called them and very helpful reply to my email (sound settings needed tweaking in the control menu of my TV - i.e. switch on optical out). Very pleased with the product and excellent customer service.

It is light, easy to wear, and the alarm is strong enough. The battery has an astonishingly long charging life. I didn't need to recharge it yet.

Excellent service
I ordered microphone filters for my GNResound hearings. There was no confusion with wax guards which occurs on too many sites. Connevans performed perfectly and I had the correct filters in two days as promised. I have now been told several times "you seem to be hearing much better".
