As an extension to our product range, we also supply a wide selection of Daily Living Aids, many of which are manufactured in the UK. The name Connevans is derived from its founders Connie and Meurig Evans who started the company in 1961. Today Connevans is run by their son David and granddaughter Laura. There are a number of other family connections within the company, such as a Mother & Daughter and a God-father & God-daughter and we have to mention the occasional 'office dogs' like Pixel & Tara! With Connevans it is not just business, it's family, just one of the many reasons why we pride ourselves on a very high level of customer service. We are delighted with the kind comments we receive on Trustpilot and if a member of our staff is mentioned by name, we always tell them and thank them.

Absolutely stellar service! Connevans personnel were completely helpful, answered all my questions, and my order arrived within 2 days. The merchandise works perfectly and I was totally pleased with the assistance I received, the promptness and the quality of the merchandise. Would recommend them to anyone needing headsets for their Bellman & Symfon device.

ConnectChip wireless microphone
I purchased the connectClip wireless microphone from connervans a couple of weeks ago. The price seemed the best I could get and it arrive securely in the post next day. I have been pleased with my purchase. My wife clips it to her lapel and I can hear her talking clearly. I have also discovered that I can turn the volume down on my aids, reducing back ground noise through them, whilst the volume through the microphone remains the same. Great result. Yet to test with it on a table with a group of friends around but will report back when I do.

Great service from Ric , bought a tv connector when delivered it had the wrong USB cable in, spoke to Ric who was great said sorry no fish just replace with another.Deliver was free and came in 2days . Recommend this company.

Such super friendly people, who are available by email and answer the phone too, which is such a treat in today's world. Absolutely fantastic customer service team, who replied quickly to queries and gave informed and expert advice and pushed the order through for early pick-up. Bought a remote controll for my hearing…
Bought a remote controll for my hearing aids which works very well.
I no longer have to fiddle behind my ears ( not a good look)😏 to adjust volume or change the settings. Bit expensive but worth it. Had previous bought a Bluetooth TV device which sends TV straight to my aids. Fantastic. Can hear if volume on TV is set to zero.
Only thing is can either hear telly or, have a conversation with family. Not both.
