I had the pleasure of completing my Level 2 qualification in SEND with connex academy. My mentor (Edward) was so supportive and helpful during this period, the whole process was very accessible and understandable. Would definitely recommend doing this !!!

One of the main things that made my experience great was the incredible support from my assessor, Laura -Louise. Her encouragement, patience, and understanding—especially during times when I was struggling—made all the difference. She took the time to reach out when I had almost given up, and that personal touch truly helped me to get back on track and complete the course.
Connex Education Academy is doing really well in offering a flexible and accessible course structure that suits people with different commitments and learning paces. The platform was easy to navigate, and the feedback on assignments was clear and constructive. The human element—the personalised support—really stands out and is what sets this academy apart.
If I could suggest one area for improvement, it would be to include more interactive elements or live check-ins during the course to maintain motivation and a sense of connection, especially for learners studying independently over a longer period.
Overall, I’m grateful for the journey and would definitely recommend Connex to others pursuing a career in education.

I completed my Level 4 HLTA course with Connex Academy. A huge thank you to Laura for providing all the necessary help and support during the course period. I appreciate the way she responded to my many emails. Patiently answering all my doubts. Ed, was my assessor for only a short term but without his help I would have not completed my course before the deadline. Ed made sure to correct my work and give constructive feedback on time.

Learnt so much from the Understanding Aitism course which was free courtesy of Connex. There was so much that I didn’t know but thankfully know so much now. Thank you Connex!

Search for other resources - this is just a marketing funnel to collect email addresses for marketing purposes. Waste of time.

You can see the reviews on Google; they're all new users with few, if any, previous reviews. I suspect staff from the company.

Any professional knows the content of their courses, I highly advise you not to waste your time.

With this course on Understanding Autism, I now have a deep and secured understanding of autism and how autistic children and young people can be supported. I used to have some misconceptions and myths about autism and people with autism. This course has disproved those misconceptions and myths.

I have revised the information on Safeguading and Child Protection. I felt I have refreshed my mind on some aspects of Safeguarding I had forgotten about. I now have extra confidence in handling Safeguarrding issues, than before. It was good that this exercise was made available. Thanks.
