Awful I am a prospective buyer I work 6 days a week along with my wife and I spoke to a Sharon who was like yes no availability to view the house unable to get the vendor to sort a Sunday as wanted to put an offer in asap …. SHARON was supposed to call me back at 5.30 no intention of calling me back to say thy can not do this Saturday what type of staff are working here costing people money for doing a half a** job what kind of business can not fit a viewing or be flexible for a buyer ?? Why would you list your property with these I said what flexibility is the on price, Sharon states loads of interest in this property LOADS!!!! But I can not get a viewing

Excellent experience when I sold my first home!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Michaela and Emily from Constables estate agents at the Neston branch. From the outset, their attitude—both during the property viewing and over the phone—was dismissive, unprofessional, and lacking even basic courtesy.

What made matters worse was their approach to tenant referencing. Despite having a very healthy and stable income, we were immediately penalised for a historic credit score issue with no real consideration of our current financial situation. Instead of applying any discretion or understanding, we were abruptly told that the only way forward would be to pay six months’ rent in advance—an unreasonable and discriminatory demand that felt more like punishment than a genuine solution.

It's clear that this branch is more interested in making snap judgments than offering fair and professional service. I would not recommend dealing with this agency if you’re looking for transparency, respect, or a fair chance as a tenant.

They are a great estate agent, very helpful and sold my house for a good price.
